It's a wonder why this Walgreen stays in business with poor, in attentive, and slow customer service. I have been trying to transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy due to savings. I wish I did not have to but the savings are sufficient. But the trouble of getting a transfer is troubling and Walgreens deserves 1 or less stars. Very poor and unacceptable service.

Terrible service. They hang up the phone on me every day. They need to hire more workers but they like bad reviews. All I have is a question on the stupid medicine that they gave me.

DO NOT BUY COVID TESTS FROM WALGREENS!!! JUST GET THEM FROM YOUR DOCTOR, THEY’RE NONREFUNDABLE AT WALGREENS.

It's my drug store, I like that I could scan my prescription and they tell me when I can pick it up.

The Walgreens at 136th Ave and E. 14th Street kept giving me the run around. I was Lucky Pharmacy client and Walgreens bought them out. I have never had luck with Walgreens in general. Left the one closest to my home at Washington and Lewelling for incompetence. I am going to the one in Hayward on Winton and Hesparian, hopefully they are better than the last 2 Walgreens I have dealt with.

Very bad experience shopping there. I needed some items that were in boxes and refused to open boxes . The lady was very rude saying that the merchandise would be out whenever they had time to put it out. That's a way to loose sales and customers.

This is the pharmacy we go to because it's the closest to us. But it's the worst. The wait for the pharmacy are way too long, the associates that work the registers are super slow & always has one opened even with a long line. They take awhile to have another one open. The employees aren't fast with helping either. I had to get an employee to help me get an item which required their assistance, I waited 30 mins. I had to get some one twice! Horrible services !!

I’ve been coming here for eight years and the pharmacy staff has always been professional, helpful, and friendly. The thing that saddens me is that I saw five separate people yell at these folks and in each instance (due to my inability to NOT eavesdrop) the error was on the part of the customer, the Doctor, or the insurance - NOT the staff. I’m in customer service too and it’s an alarming trend; folks who don’t work service feel entitled, look down upon service employees, and seem unable to grasp the concept of busy + staffing hindrances = you gotta wait. It’s obvious the entire team of four working the shift were doing their best, running around like crazy, trying to help everyone as quick as they could. Did I have to wait awhile? Yes. Did I expect to? Yes, because I have more than two brain cells (this time of year is usually busy at any pharmacy… add in the loads of vaxx and booster appts and duh, of course it’s going to be busy ya dingus!) I know I’m one of the few who will write a positive review despite having to wait a very, very long time, but I know how it is and I have realistic expectations. I appreciate what the team here does and they do deserve praise for handling all of these challenging (a.k.a. annoying/awful/obnoxious/entitled) customers with patience, professionalism, and courtesy.

They have clearly scheduled WAY more vaccine appointments than they can handle. They have only one line, meaning that your appointment time is basically irrelevant because you are probably waiting for 30 min before you can even check in. Then wait some more to get your vaccine. Very poor organization.

Definitely changing pharmacies. This is the most incompetent staff I've ever dealt with. Currently there are 12 people waiting for their prescriptions. It seems they have issues with insurance companies. It's can't be that every single person in here has problems with their insurance. And the woman who I spoke with on the phone earlier had the nerve to lecture me about being proactive when it comes to taking care of my mother's medications.
