I will never use the pharmacy at this location. I had a cart with $100+ of medical supplies. There was no line at the RX counter. Yet, when I went to the RX counter they refused to ring up the items. Instead telling me to go to the regular counter where there was a line. That was ridiculous and lacked customer service. The other employees were cordial.

Good people work here but CVS needs a process improvement team to work on the pharmacy pick up for after 5pm Lines here get ridiculous

I have always had a good experience at this CVS. The store employees are welcoming and respectful and the pharmacy has always been very helpful. I got the Moderna vaccine here and Abdul was great at administering the vaccine. He was gentle and I didn't feel a thing. Several people who were waiting the 15 minutes after the vaccine also mentioned how gentle he was.

You have to use the membership, coupons, and sales to make the most of CVS. When I need medicine, vitamins, or candy, CVS is usually the best choice. You can get a 40% off coupon every month to use. I've saved a couple hundred dollars buying things sold here I could have bought on Amazon. Without the membership, I'd only shop here on my way home from Kaiser.

I have had to call to get an override, that the pharmacy should have already requested. When calling to pharmacy, spoke with ZACK, who was less than helpful, and a bit dismissive in his communication. he should really be trained in how to answer the phone and treat customers

Someone who works here and goes by the name Darnell has absolutely awful customer service skills. I can not believe they allow him to work the register closest to the door, let alone work there at all. His careless attitude towards customers should not be tolerated or ignored. Being rude can end up costing you more than you can afford, however kindness is free. Darnell doesnt seem to care either way. Darnell is just too good to care about you or the job hes not doing.

They totaly screwed me! I reruned three items to cvs and was given a cvs money card, the manager said i could get cash back by buying then retuning items with the cvs money Card,i did so but upon returning the items she suddenly said i cold not obtain cash for returns with the card and that i could only put the fund back onto the card, i said ok and she put it all back onto tye card. Upon chexking the cars balance thrre was $00.51 of funds on the CVS money card and the manager herself did not put the money back on the card. $77.71. They tottaly screwed me.and that was the first and last time I go to that CVS location.

Used to use this place a lot. My boyfriend had been a customer of theirs for years, today we tried to get a prescription filled for him because of recent mouth surgery. Now, they're refusing anything without first talking to his doctor. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem except for his EXTREME pain. CVS has officially denied this valid/credible prescription. And is just questioning him because the prescription wasn't filled on the day of surgery. Either way, don't come here if you need meds, relief in solving a problem or service. TERRIBLE!!!
