I called three Jeep Dealerships trying to setup a service appointment and Freeland was the only one to respond. Rachel was awesome to work with. Always quick to respond and keep me updated while the Jeep was being serviced. Their professionalism, genuine customer service & willingness to answer all our questions separates them from the other dealerships in the area. Even though they are the furthest from our home, I will only use Freeland moving forward. Their customer service blows the doors off of everyone else in Middle Tennessee.

We went in looking at one truck and found another one!!! The salesman was very nice and understanding during our negotiations. Then we went with financing with them also to get a few more bucks off the price. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend them if anyone is looking for a new or used car. There are tons of cars and trucks on this lot!!!

I was having engine problems with my Jeep Cherokee and needed a diagnostic ran so I made a Wednesday afternoon service appointment. At that 2:00 pm appointment, I was told they wouldn't "get to it" until the morning. Thursday came and went and I never received a text or call back from my service advisor Andrew. I had to text them on Friday afternoon just to find out what was going on with the diagnostics. I was told that there was engine failure; specifically fuel injectors, lifters and rockers which would all total $2635 OTD. I asked several questions about the diagnostics and how the problems were discovered and I was treated like I was being a problem and that I should trust what they were saying. The service advisor Andrew became argumentative with me, so instead of putting up with his nonsense, I took it to a reputable local mechanic (Nolensville Auto Care). What a great decision that was. The mechanic there said the dealership didn't do a very good investigation because the valve cover (factory machine tightened bolts) hadn't even been removed to determine if the problem truly was rockers and lifters internally. After he ran his own diagnostics, it was NOT the lifters or rockers! The repair ended up only costing me $975 OTD; a third less than what the dealership was going to charge me! I've been driving the car for a few weeks since and everything runs smooth and normal. Its stories like these that give dealerships a bad reputation and people should be aware of what is going on. I hope this review prevents someone else from potentially getting scammed out of thousands of dollars by a dealership making huge profits.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Completely incompetent service department and rude service manager! They took my truck in due to a vibration while driving. Took 3 days to tell me it need an alignment but I refused because I had just had the tires rotated and balanced at my last recent oil change. When I picked the truck up it drove 10 times worse than it did when I dropped it off. I had no choice but to bring it back in for an alignment and even did another balancing. Over $400 later and my entire morning shot the truck had 0 improvements to the drive and was still worse than the first time I brought it there! I had to drive all the way out to another dealership for them to fix it. Spoke to the service manager and he was rude to the point I hung up on him. Worse dealership experience I’ve ever had. Will never come back here!

We were looking for a specific vehicle and they had it here. We called and spoke with salesman Joshua Phillips and he took care of us from there. We made plans to arrive the following day and was able to place a hold on the vehicle. Josh called and checked in the next morning with us since we had to drive over two hours. He already had the car detailed and ready to go for us to test drive when we arrived. Josh really worked for us to make sure the car was priced right for us. He definitely made sure my family had a good dependable vehicle. Josh was super down to earth and easy to work. Overall we were very pleased with our experience here.

The customer service is good, the people I interacted with were nice. I had an issue with the dealership charging me a diagnostic fee even though I wanted to have the service performed. The other Dodge dealerships ive been to that fee is only charged if you choose not to have the recommended services completed by Dodge. They did attempt to make a satisfied customer. Update: 2 out of the 3 diagnostic fees were taken care of and I appreciate that. I just disagree with policy and was just describing my experience. Thank you. I will return for more service in the futre.

Follow up to initial post..The Service Manager reached out shortly after my initial post. He set an appointment for a day or two after our phone call. The alignment was checked and found to be out of spec. This was fixed during the appointment and the pull has been removed. The service was provided as expected. Initial Post - Making the initial appointment was not difficult. However, obtaining an estimate for the work, which was a simple alignment, was difficult. The gentleman who made the appointment said I had to show up for the appointment to know the cost. Over the course of the next week, I called the service department 4 or 5 times. The Service Department did not answer the call and it rolled to the general receptionist. Each time she said someone would return my call. I never received a call back. When I arrived the Service Coordinator provided the estimate, which was easy enough. After paying $250 for the alignment of my dually truck, the pull to the right is more than it was previously. The service techs must only rely on the equipment without performing an actual test drive. I notified the Service Coordinator is the issue and she offered an appointment to bring the truck back in. I relayed that I would be out of town on that day and asked if other days were available. It has been more than a week, and she has yet to reply. They are quick to send out texts and asks for reviews, but slow to resolve issues or return phone calls.

Jordan and everyone I dealt with at Freeland were fantastic. I had a service warranty claim with my Ram 1500 Hemi and Jordan communicated with me via text and phone to explain and update during the process. The tech did a thorough job of verifying diagnosis and fixing the issue (two bolts from the exhaust manifold broken off inside the motor- not an uncommon issue with full size trucks). There were no surprises in the bill or process and I would (and will) return to Freeland for any future issues with my Ram. Grateful for a smooth repair and straightforward and customer-focused experience. Highly recommend.

I was charged a diagnostic fee for an issue that was not resolved during my visit here and ended up costing me additional $900 elsewhere. I spent all summer driving my 2019 Grand Cherokee with the windows down due to broken AC and backordered TIPM (total integrated power module). With windows down, I was hearing a scraping/ scratching noise coming from wheels. I requested for this to be investigated since I was already at the dealership, and the note left on my paperworks said “customer may be hearing clutches and gear train noise from the transfer case and 4-wheel drive during turns.” When I picked up my car, I paid the diagnostic fee but did not notice an improvement in scraping noise. It was already 6pm and my AC was finally fixed so I went home. Two weeks later, I had to replace all break pads and rotors due to significant rust and warpage, which remedied the scraping noise. I probably saved money by taking my car to a different shop but I wish I had not paid the diagnostic fee for an issue that Freeland was unable to resolve.
