Would not bargain. Their way or the Highway. Wanted me to take a 6 k cut on a new GMC Denali. Don’t believe the hype about your auto is worth more now . That’s a ploy to get you in . If your a GM employee stay clear , your on bottom of there list . Shop around .

Wasn't the best experience. Salesman seemed a little pushy and the car we drove over an hour and a half wasn't in as good of shape as they said it was. I'm not saying it was horrible. But it definitely wasn't as clean as it was made out to be and I pointed out multiple issues that they said the service department must have missed. But it wasn't bad enough for me to say I'd never go back to them either.

This dealership is the worst at doing as they promise. The first time was with a brand new terrain. They promised to pay the first month payment. They didn't!!! And the salesman said, "Well, it's too late to bring it back. " The second time we tried with a different sales person, who promised we'd get our second key fob with our used jeep soon. It's been 3 months and one day later and several emails and phone calls later and we just now got the second fob. Their customer service is terrible in all the departments.

I bought a vehicle from their sister location in Union City. My keyless entry did not work with the factory code. In order for them to help me figure out some of the technological features in the vehicle (including keyless entry and sync features) they want to charge me $45 to explain the technology features. Like seriously they are trying to charge me $45 on top of the tens and thousands of dollars I've already spent to purchase the vehicle to instruct me on how things work. I do not recommend this dealership. All they're about is $$$...the customer service sucks!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. My brother ordered a truck on a fleet program. He tried to lock in price and put down payment on truck when it was ordered. Dealership said "dont worry about it, we will take care of paperwork when the truck come in." They never would return his calls when he tried to check in on status of his truck. Finally found out Ram is no longer honoring fleet deals but if he had locked in everything at the time he ordered truck they would have had to honor it. Now to my story. I was able to buy a 2021 Chevy LTZ at another dealership for the same money that they wanted for a freaking work truck edition.

I highly recommend visiting Taylor Automotive. I worked with Preston McClain and he was AWESOME! Very friendly, informative, and patient. My mother ultimately preferred a vehicle at a different dealership so we did not buy, but I would definitely come here again due to the great service and great pricing.

I stopped and looked at a jeep. They knew I was coming home to get my car and talk about a trade. They had already gave me a price on their jeep. The sales department sold the jeep I was looking at befor I got back. I told them when I would get back.The sale person stopped me before I got to the door.. That is right they sold it out from under me. The word of sales department means nothing in my opinion. Then he texted me saying he tried to call me. I guess to was my fault having a gentleman agreement.
