Great store and selection of all varieties of boots and shoes for the entire family. Excellent staff and customer service as soon as you walk into the store. The prices beat most retail chains and online prices too!

Nice selection for a smaller western store. Very pricey but they do hav e sales and markdowns. Friendly staff.

Workers did not want to help. They rather be on their cell phones. When you asked a question, they seemed like you bothered them. This was the first time I had been to this location. I wont bother coming here again instead I'll shop in Milan where the service is lots better.

Unable to get shoes in the size needed. Understandable that a size 15EEE is a bit unusual, but the inability to get a boot in that size in an outfitter store is the reason for leaving off one star.
