It was up to 5 stars a couple years ago, but since then: It loses a star for a burger with more pink meat than cooked. It lost another star for twice in a row they were out of large cups. Lost another star for the last 2 visits, previous visit the cash registers were rebooting. They would be ready in 15-20 minutes. This visit they are out of American cheese. Whoever is making the truck order needs to do a better job. I prefer Wendy's burgers to other fast food in town, but this is very annoying to have to go somewhere else every other time I want a quick burger.

I did go to 3 locations in Tennessee all dining room is close for customer, this is realy Ridiculous people want to go outside to eat not to take food from drive-thru. I end up to go somewhere else.

UPDATE: It's been a week since this review and we did the same review through Wendy's. We had asked to be contacted on the matter and of course we still haven't heard anything from them. Things like these go to a district or regional level and to not hear anything speaks volumes about how poorly this region is handled. First off the drive-thru lady was very mundane and not friendly. We took our food home (less than 3 minutes away). The fries weren't even remotely warm, they were cold and dried out. The double burger patties were so cold and old they were VERY dried out. The spicy chicken was so old and dried out it was shriveled up (Pictured here). You'd think this might be accidental, but they knew because the two 10 piece spicy nuggets we got were actually 12 spicy nuggets sneakily divided up and placed on top of 8 regular nuggets to hide the fact that they didn't want to bother making more or fresh spicy nuggets to fill the order correctly, not to mention they were also so old they were dried out. This is a pathetic display of employees just not caring at all about giving out decent, edible food. We had to throw almost everything away. We will most certainly NOT be back any time soon!

Going on 8 months now . Still a excuse for not having coffee every time I go there . Pathetic really. I eat breakfast our everyday but Wendy's no longer gets my order. No coffee no order. Last trip the excuse was we don't make coffee after 10am

Just not what I had planned for lunch. The chicken nuggets and fries were decent but the Jr. Bacon was terrible. The cheese could have at least been melted. Staff were great though and the lobby is an extremely nice setting for fast food. The fireplace is a serious highlight.

Gave me the wrong order one time. I was the only person on drive thru... second time, Out of potatoes and chili. Third time I got the right food and it was relatively good. Wendys needs to step it up if they're continually raising prices. To many other choices out there to be sub par.

The employees are very unprofessional we pull up to the drive thu they inform us that everything is made to order because it was 9:30 and they close at 10 so there would be a 15 to a 20 min wait we said yes that would be fine because we were trying to get our kid something to eat we were told to hold on and sat there for 20 min waiting order because they were hoping we would just say forget it and drove off which is what we ended up doing anyway after we sat there until 9min before closing still not aloud to place an order this location in martin tn always takes for ever the people are very unprofessional if I could give 0 stars I would even when you can order it takes them 20 min to fix your food or longer and by the time you get your food it's cold so until they getting some real management and employees I will not ever sit foot back in this joke of a place of business ever

Great food and friendly staff. Update... Not sure what happened but see photos. Literally almost chipped a tooth. I honestly tried to just go on and eat it but it wasn't doable. Whoever made this seriously should have known better. I called back and they replaced my burger, but customers shouldn't have to call back, return to restaurant wasting a customer's and the restaurants time, wait in line again. I didn't see them do it this time but I have in the past. There are containers under the grills where they toss down expired burgers(meat patties that's been on the grill to long like one I got) that they count and toss in the freezer to boil in water(cook) for their chili the next day. I was at the window one time and witnessed the cook pull patties from those containers and slap on a bun. Luckily I'd ordered chicken that trip, but if I noticed the patties chard and not moist I won't accept the burger nor should anyone especially when you are buying a combo that equals the amount of an hours worth of work for minimum wage workers.

Not really sure what I got but it wasn't what I ordered. Really sad that even in the middle of the day had to wait in line in the drive thru had a simple order and they still screwed it up. Martin has zero decent fast food places. Customer service has gone with the past.
