They're back! The mostly not so peaceful rioters had looted and trashed the place, back when we all remember that stupid summer, right after they had remodeled, and it was very sad, but they bounced back, ✔️, and the staff is very prompt, courteous and helpful. This store is quite convenient for me, and it's right next to Starbuck's, Jamba Juice, Trader Joe's, Marshall's, The new Old Navy, Burger King, with a nice water fountain and plenty of free and easy parking. Why would I go elsewhere?!

Greetings. Our experience here was phenomenal!! We were here to have my wife's Note 20 Ultra screen replaced covered by her insurance. The Assurant technician name was, Dre. Dre, a was polite, courteous and professional answering all of our questions. Dre, ensured us it will take an hour or two to replace the cracked screen. I was optimistic and told my wife I do not belive it will probably take a few hours. We decided to check out if Tmobile had any special deals. The customer service was not as astute or welcoming as Dre, so we decided to check out other stores since we had a few hours to kill. 45..."45 MINUTES", (for audio-penetration, 45 minutes) later I get a call from Dre and my wife's phone was ready for pick-up 😳 My wife's Note 20 Ultra cracked screen was repaired fast beyond the expected repair time and returned in pristine condition. Thank you, Dre for an outstanding job. As for the Tmobile agent? Yeah not so much!!

The store was clean! I walked in and a young lady name Cori was ready with a beautiful smile to help me! 2nd plus. I bought a screen protector for my tablet she also put that on with no bubbles! 3rd plus she answered all of my questions 4th plus. They had the item in stock which saved me from going to a third store. 5th plus and that's why it's 5 stars

Great customer service by Mr. Jovi I needed a 5G phone he recommended the Samsung A3 gave me all the details I needed and SOLD!!! by far the best customer service I had from a metro store this man needs a raise ASAP!!!!!

A young man helped to reset my phone from being stuck due to Google Assistant. A different Metro store was trying to tell me I needed a new phone. Always go to the corporate office if it looks like its too soon for new phone! These people are fantastic! 10 stars to them.

The women who were working the night before the BIG SHUTDOWN were. very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this store to anyone. They really came through for me ! Thanks again Metro PCS staff from Tues evening March 17th ! They deserve a raise .----Rick Johnson

Excellent Customer service 👍 and great experience Agents are attentive and willing to work with you oferring best option plans, they took time to explain and even offer me a bottle of water. Everything sitting on a nice chair and Agent was next to me with iPad in hand explaining the products step by step. Will definitely be back to the store ( which btw it was super clean )

Worst Experience ever going into a Metro Corporate store, it felt like a high school lounge area, the employees where laughing and joking with each other while me and 2 other customers where looking up ready to ask questions, when they came to assist me they where not very knowledgeable of the plans and products they quoted me a price then went to ring it up but was totally different, I changed my mind because the price was way off, and they seemed to get an attitude because I didn't want the Phone. The Manager on duty was no better I asked questions and he was not very Knowledgeable either giving me different prices all over the board. I ended up leaving empty handed and went to the Albany Corporate Location the atmosphere was a lot more professional and my questions where answered with confidence and knowledge of the product and plans and I was able to walk away satisfied thanks to the (Albany, Ca Corporate Store)

This company needs better communication between authorized dealers and their corporate offices. I was sent back and forth between two locations and they both refused to take my phone back that was new but didn't work properly for a refund after just 4 days of buying it and neither could explain their return policy. The only thing I could do was have them order an insurance replacement which I'm worried will be refurbished and crap too!
