Greetings. Our experience here was phenomenal!! We were here to have my wife's Note 20 Ultra screen replaced covered by her insurance. The Assurant technician name was, Dre. Dre, a was polite, courteous and professional answering all of our questions. Dre, ensured us it will take an hour or two to replace the cracked screen. I was optimistic and told my wife I do not belive it will probably take a few hours. We decided to check out if Tmobile had any special deals. The customer service was not as astute or welcoming as Dre, so we decided to check out other stores since we had a few hours to kill. 45..."45 MINUTES", (for audio-penetration, 45 minutes) later I get a call from Dre and my wife's phone was ready for pick-up 😳 My wife's Note 20 Ultra cracked screen was repaired fast beyond the expected repair time and returned in pristine condition. Thank you, Dre for an outstanding job. As for the Tmobile agent? Yeah not so much!! ~ziggzagg
