The “manager” from this location was checking out my item, I walked in with my friend and he stayed behind while I proceeded to pay for my items. Without any prior words the “manager” said that it was highly suspicious that my friend was not with me while I was paying for my item and proceeded to make a scene with a unjustly tone of voice being mean and loud just because my friend wasn’t with me at the moment. My buddy finally came to see what all that noise was about and the employee went on about his rampage accusing us of being “suspicious” and wouldn’t let me check out my item, it was literally a 6 pack of popsicles we were craving after eating sushi and shopping at a Marshall’s next door. It was just a really weird and confusing situation and the “manager” needs to check his tone of voice, especially when we said to “check the cameras” and he said he “didn’t need to”

This CVS is refusing to send my existing prescriptions to a new pharmacy. After dozens of attempts and being contacted by my new provider they won’t release my medications.

WARNING: NO PUBLIC RESTROOM, even though there is no signage to that effect. They have not put up signage even they were notified of the legal requirement. They also would rather risk a customer having an accident on their carpet than letting them use the employee bathroom. Which to me says that corporate is doing something wrong that their employees are afraid to break policy to be kind. Edit: Was one star, but I can't review the pharmacy separately, so I'm averaging it to 3. Of the 4 times I've picked up medicine here, 1 time went smoothly and the other 3 they provided excellent customer service dealing with insurance and my ADHD. 😂

This pharmacy used to be really good when Joy was the pharmacist. Now, it's the worst. They won't even fill my prescriptions, even after talking to the doctors at Stanford. Unbelievable!

Worst CVS: - Out of things all the time - I needed blood glucose test strips, was told that “we don’t have the key right now.” They can’t open the cabinet! - Pharmacy tells you they have your prescription, they DON’T have the prescription. Came back 3 times bc of this. - No cell service inside, no WiFi

Watched a cashier reject a boy for not wearing a face mask, yet every single employee, minus this one particular cashier, was wearing their face mask on their chin. Every. Single. Employee. They would literally lower it to speak to customers, completely defeating the purpose of wearing them in the first place.

Corrupted shop. On Friday they had delivery of hand sanitizers. Cashier said that it will be available on shelves next week. Monday morning the answer regarding the hand sanitizer: “no no no!! We haven’t received anything! We don’t know when it will be delivered!”

The staff in the pharmacy are amazing, especially Joy, Christina and Margaret. They really care about each person and they go above and beyond the call of duty!

Large store, variety of things, some medium tone makeup colors are often out of stock. They have a huge makeup section anyway. They have snacks, drinks, candy, cold remedies, first aid, toys, seasonal items, hygiene stuff, batteries, gift cards, a photo center and watch repair. You can rent a rug doctor or buy liquor, and you can even get firewood. Service is friendly and the wait to check out is never too long. Plenty of parking.
