He figured out what the problem is and fixed it on the spot and answered my hilling questions. Competence is a rare thing these days. I feel lucky today i ran into him. Thank you!

I recently went into the store for an error on my bill. I realized it wasn't a simple fix when I tried to resolve the issue. Still, Alondra, the sales consultant, helped me for over 2 hours on the phone with their support team without leaving my side, providing excellent services and explaining everything I had questions regarding. Even when I started to get annoyed with the support team on the phone, she broke down what they were discussing so I understood better, which put me at ease. Our CSR was super friendly and helpful with our porting my phone number over. They even stayed around an HR past closing. We offered to come back later but she went above and beyond with her customer service experience. I don't remember her name but she was in her early twenties I assume & had super long brunette hair.
