Great sandwiches. Worst customer service. I thought the cashier was a mute until she actually spoke. I’m big on hello and thank you. Even a thanks works. You have to grab your own cup and own bag to go. And when did they stop giving military discount. I’ll take the cruddy customer service if you’re giving me a discount. This place seems to be the same every time I’m in here. No manners what so ever. The manager doesn’t seem to know how to manage. Maybe I should just go next door to the pizza shop or the falafel place. Sandwich a plus. Customer a negative 10.

So I ordered for delivery at 1245pm. Was told it'll be 25 to 30 minutes to get it delivered to my work which is about 1.5 miles away. Called back at 130, they said they only had 1 driver that just left with 4 other delivery 10 min prior and once he gets back my order was next to be delivered. I called back at 205pm and they said the driver just left. Driver calls me at 215 and says he can't deliver my order cause it's to far. My work has ordered from this place for delivery multiple times and no issues oh yes you're this time the driver wanted to cancel my order and I hate calling back the store and I ended up agreeing agreeing to meet halfway at the gas station about out A mile away from my work and meeting him there they still charged me delivery fee of $4 I received my sandwiches2:15 PMThey still charge me the delivery feeAnd for the whole order and I called back and all I get was and it responds reading credit you back for just a delivery fee after I waited but I waited about 2 hours for 3 sandwiches great job Jimmy John's great job. Update I had to call the location myself to see if I can get a refund on delivery the gm said no because the driver dud deliver my order, even thought I had to go hey my order 1.5 miles away, they're goes this place off my list

Placed my order at 12:16 it is now after 1:00PM and it has not been delivered. The delivery address (my job) is not even 5 min away. Have called over 3x and they keep on hanging up on me. Don't even bother ordering from here.

Worst customer service ever! Called in my order, came to drive thru nobody answered so I pulled up to the window, when I saw a guy I said hello and didn’t get any answer, then after a minute he came by window and told me he doesn’t have any order under my name and closed the window on me. Never coming here again…

This is my go to JJs when flying out of ORD. Super close to the rental car return. Easy to get to, and always quick service. Would highly recommend. This location does a great job making sandwiches, always a nice amount of fillings, and always tastes fresh and delicious. If looking for a great sandwich location, could not recommend higher.

Ordered online and took them 30 mins to make it and another 30 mins to not even deliver it. I called after they said delivered and the guy said I typed in the wrong address. Didn’t contact me or anything. I in fact did not type in the wrong address and he said he’d remake my sand which to pick up. What an awful location.

I placed an order today at 4:10 pm and was finally delivered at 5:05. They did call to say there was only one driver so I wasn’t too bothered. The sandwich was good.

Called to place an order today and the guy asked which town my address was in... once I told him he said 'okay' and proceeded to take my order. The man then charged my card and told me it'd be to its destination shortly. I recieved a call 5 minutes later stating that the driver was half way to my house when he realized it was ONE light beyond their 'zone'... so the driver brought the food back to the store and they were now unable to deliver it........ what!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!??! I wouldn't have had an issue if he told me right away that 1.7 miles was too far for their location to deliver... but he didnt. He accepted the payment, accepted the order and even DROVE HALFWAY to my house before calling and telling me he was canceling my order. I don't ever go to jimmy johns but it wasn't for this reason. Keep up the good work- you're sure to keep customers during a pandemic this way!!
