I would love to give a 0 because it was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had. Car started making a terrible noise, so decided to pull over. Undercarriage was dragging on the ground. Called for assistance and basically brushed off by the first person we spoke to who said it's fine, just drive it back (by this point already 20-30 minutes from original destination. Supervisor spoke to didn't have 'authority' necessary to make the situation right. Not given another car, not given roadside assistance, and they weren't even going to provide a full refund. Ended up having to get an Uber which was astronomical cost hence the reason for getting the Zipcar in the first place. Asked for reimbursement on that expense and told could only reimburse something like $30 which would have gotten us less than half way to our destination. Policies are absurd and remedies for issues are abysmal. Will never do business with them again. Total rip off! ~Tya
