Not a happy camper. Merely wanted to purchase a new phone, as a current customer. After 5 visits, still no new phone. Long story short, they require you to be an internet customer, as well now. Jeez.

It takes forever to talk to someone even if you have an appointment and then they don't have the equipment you need so they refer you to another location

It is not fair to rate this store on this because it is about the company (Spectrum) and not the individual store but maybe they will pass the message up the chain. I chose who I do business with and I chose NOT to do business with companies who send out plastic cards as advertising mailers. There is enough single use plastic without having plastic mailers. Obviously Spectrum doesn’t care about the environment.

We went to our, now former, cell phone carrier (VERIZON WIRELESS) today to get various assistance and questions answered about hands free device and current bill. The woman who helped us was rude and condescending. And was of no real assistance, the rep further tried to imply that I had activated a device recently and that is why my bill recently increased. Well this wasn't so i explained but she isnt i was wrong. I've been with Verizon for nearly 22 years. So we left and went to Spectrum with one thought, to possibly change cell phone carriers. Our bill at Verizon was way to high. After waiting a bit (several people waiting) the Spectrum rep was very helpful and patient. She explained every detail to us and we decided to change carriers. In the process of the change the rep advised us that all of our phones and watches (5 devices) were very recently locked so the changeover was temporarily delayed. The devices were eventually able to be unlocked but the point of this is the Verizon rep locked our devices so we couldn't change carriers or do so easily. Our experience at Spectrum was fantastic and the rep went above and beyond to make things work. Further the same rep assisted me about a month and half earlier and did an excellent job then. Oh the cost is much less. We're glad that we made the change. I'm going to pursue with a Verizon supervisor how we were wronged today. Something needs and will be done to right this wrong through my remaining bill cost.

Manager was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help solve a challenging issue I was having. He worked with me to give me all my options and really helped to take care of my issue. Store was very short staffed and busy as a result when I first went in (4 pm on a Friday), but he advised to come back later in the evening when it typically wasn't so crowed. I followed his advice and was able to get help within a few minutes instead of waiting. Also recommend making an online appointment so you don't have to wait if you are going during a busy time.

Located right beside Kohl's, this store was easy to find. It was neat and clean, and as are most others places these days, understaffed. The one man that was there had a line of about four people, but he handled it with a positive, helpful attitude and got us all out quickly.

First of all no separation of cell phone or cable makes wait times incredibly long. Customer sales associate was incredibly rude because myself and few customers didn’t see that we had to sign in upon walking in. With attitude after told me to wait 40 or more minutes even after he was informed I’m simply there to pay a bill. Also told a guy who was there to simply drop equipment that they won’t take it and ups will do it. Spectrums monopoly is atrocious.customer service does not live at the spectrum residence at all. I would give an arm and a leg for a different provider. Guess you have to make an appointment for them to be able to accept a payment now. Want to send me letters to pay them but want to make it hard for me to do so.

I waited in line for 45 minutes to return the modem so I wouldn't be charged for it. All I needed to do was hand it to them with my phone number. They made me wait until everyone else was finished. They even sent new employee to lunch instead of helping me. Never again!
