After absolutely miserable experiences at Shawâs (Saco) and Walgreens (Westbrook) I figured the level of incompetence and lack of customer service simply couldnât get any worse so I went to CVS Westbrook expecting nothing short of a grade A S*%T SHOW. I could not have had a better experience. I was convinced that it was someone else being asked if they had been helped after standing at the counter for under two minutes after being next in at Walgreens twice and waiting close to 15 minutes. Even more shocking was witnessing all three employees actually working and with some purpose no less. I will note that with 5 or 6 people âworkingâ at Walgreens I donât know that I actually saw someone do something in the collective 25 minutes I spent waiting. Shaws routinely has one person working, sometimes two which I suppose justifies the miserable attitude I had come to expect there. Prescription filled in under an hour opposed to Walgreens waiting 4 hours to inform me they didnât have it. Friendly, capable, hard working and actually were receptive to the time crunch created by their competitors lack of everything listed above. I will try the CVS 20 minutes closer to my house but I am willing to eat the 40 minute round trip to come here as I actually believe it to be saving time when itâs all said and done. With the labor shortage and extreme laziness resulting from Covid this was truly a breath of fresh air. I simply could not have had a better experience. Dairy Queen Grill & Chill
The past several times I have gone and gotten a blizzard there has been hardly candy in it, and I pay for extra. Today there was literally none after I drove away. Very disappointing. I get this is a small problem for many, but as a consumer paying for a product. I didnât even receive close to why I paid for. ~Elizabeth
Taco Bell
Fast friendly service. I would have given 5-stars except for the fact that I asked 3 times for extra taco sauce and I still didn't get it. Also, I ordered nachos and received a plastic cup of cheese sauce and a little pouch of corn chips. A side note of constructive criticism - Everyone knows how messy tacos, burritos and everything fried from KFC is. Why does Taco Bell/KFC have the thinnest, weakest napkins and bags? I'm don't expect top of the line napkins or bags from any fast food place, but what TB/KFC provides is literally ONE STEP UP FROM NOTHING. Even layering these cheap napkins didn't prevent me from tearing through multiple layers just trying to wipe off my lips after a few bites from a taco. I used up all 4 of the napkins that I was given and then had to go get some paper towels to do the job. If TB/KFC needs to save money then buy the better bags and napkins that are blank. Save money by not printing Taco Bell or KFC and the company logos on them. â-------------------------------------- ~Jeremy

Westbrook location closes at 10 pm. We pull up to the drive thru at 8:30pm and get no service. Go to drive away only to see employees inside with good still in warmers and such. Tried to go in to be told lobby is closed order online. Online ordering was unavailable. Seems the employees are just standing around getting paid but closed down the store early. This location is awful in every way! ~Renee

Not a happy camper. Merely wanted to purchase a new phone, as a current customer. After 5 visits, still no new phone. Long story short, they require you to be an internet customer, as well now. Jeez. ~Wayne

Called and the guy who answered the phone was didnât seem to know any product knowledge. Thinks heâs a comedian or something because he gave weird, rude answers to all my question. They also want $250 for an alignment! What a ripoff! ~John
