Best tire shop in Westbrook, Maine (ME) 2024

Called and the guy who answered the phone was didn’t seem to know any product knowledge. Thinks he’s a comedian or something because he gave weird, rude answers to all my question. They also want $250 for an alignment! What a ripoff! ~John

Great team here at NAW. These guys have the knowledge and the skill to pull off pretty much anything you can dream up. They will spend time consulting with you so you know what you are getting yourself into. Very honest and fast turn around times and scheduling. I did a fairly large project and they absolutely nailed it. They located and recommended some overdue maintenance items too that I didn't even consider and it was nice to get that all done at the same time. I'll definitely be back and would recommend these guys 100%. On a side note they have a really nice and clean facility, which is important to me and really reflects how much pride NAW takes in their service and customer satisfaction. I had reserved a vehicle that was very much in demand and I did this in the middle of a car shortage. Other dealers were changing the terms on customers and marking the vehicle up as much as 30% to 35%. Legally there wasn't anything preventing Rowe from doing this but they kept their word and gave me a great deal. There was nothing stopping them from tacking on a really big admin fee or raising the price other than their honor and respect for their customers. I feel very lucky to have ordered from Rowe Ford and to have worked with Lou Couture. Great experience overall. They had my back. ~Benjamin
