NE Auto Works is great -- I brought a Forester in to have a trailer hitch installed and for general maintenance, and also had the suspension replaced on a truck. Todd and Vaughn are really helpful - they are easy to schedule with and get the work done quickly. Good, honest mechanics. Thank you!! When did you get a price on some new tires for my truck and wheels the price was good. Keep in mind I'm buying brand new tires brand new Wheels having them put on my truck taking the wheels and tires off my truck putting them into my storage staying on the rims upon looking over the invoice I was being charged a $20 tire disposal fee the tires that I was keeping and then another $10 other fee when I asked what that was he said for the soup to clean the tires and then and also $1 each state handling fee for the tires so needless to say I decided not to buy my wheels and tires there again

Worst decision I ever made. Ball joint scammers. reviews made by them .Terrible don't leave any valuables in vehicle and expect them back. Thay will replace parts not needed that's if they replace them at all and without consent or permission. Told me $200 and charged me $1100. And tried to scam me saying I needed a new exhaust system... Go elsewhere !!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Got me in in less than a week to have some aftermarket springs installed. They did the job quickly, and gave me the extras parts in a tidy box, not just thrown on the passenger seat. Even re-taped my radar detector button that’s been dangling for the past month. They went above and beyond and did an excellent job. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great team here at NAW. These guys have the knowledge and the skill to pull off pretty much anything you can dream up. They will spend time consulting with you so you know what you are getting yourself into. Very honest and fast turn around times and scheduling. I did a fairly large project and they absolutely nailed it. They located and recommended some overdue maintenance items too that I didn't even consider and it was nice to get that all done at the same time. I'll definitely be back and would recommend these guys 100%. On a side note they have a really nice and clean facility, which is important to me and really reflects how much pride NAW takes in their service and customer satisfaction. Services: Serpentine belt and pully replacement. Oil change. Weld-repair section of exhaust pipe. Story: I was traveling up north in Maine to go snowmobiling/ice-fishing when my truck made a strange noise and my power steering came disengaged. I did a quick search for an auto repair shop in my vicinity because the last thing I wanted to do was have it towed back to where I came from and further delay my trip. I called Northeast Auto Works and the owner, Vaughn answered second ring. I let him know my dilemma and that I had reached out to AAA but it was going to be a separate tow for my sled trailer. Vaughn offered to come and pick up my trailer for me personally and said that he would work me into the schedule asap; He clearly understood my distress. Luckily I had family in the area so I had a place to stay on the fly. I received a call from Todd immediately the next morning saying that they putting my truck on the lift. I received a call a couple of hours later saying that it was done and ready for pickup; I couldn't believe the turnaround and prioritizing a complete stranger in distress. Then to put the icing on the cake... part of my exhaust pipe that had been previously clamped together and had come undone after hitting a pothole...Todd had a technician add a weld to keep it from happening again. I made it up to my destination and had an incredible few days and will never forget these gentlemen who helped make this much-needed getaway happen after all. Thank you very much and I will recommend you guys to anyone!

I am extremely impressed with the service and professionalism at NAW. Brought my car in for an inspection and ended up needing new control arms in the front. I was shocked when Todd told me they could do it right then. They had the parts in no time and even overcame the hurdle of having to cut out the old bolts and replacing them. Having an answer to get the issues resolved right then took much pressure off my shoulders and saved me the headache of scheduling the work to be done. I would definitely bring my car to them again, and I'm notoriously picky about who works on my vehicles. They took great care of me and the rate was better than I expected. Thanks guys!
