I used to really enjoy coming to this pharmacy, I even continued coming after I moved out of Westbrook because the service elsewhere was not good. In the last 4-5 months, the service has been atrocious, no one at the pharmacy cares if they make you wait on hold for 40+ minutes, they have been rude to me in person and over the phone, and I won't be coming back any longer

After absolutely miserable experiences at Shaw’s (Saco) and Walgreens (Westbrook) I figured the level of incompetence and lack of customer service simply couldn’t get any worse so I went to CVS Westbrook expecting nothing short of a grade A S*%T SHOW. I could not have had a better experience. I was convinced that it was someone else being asked if they had been helped after standing at the counter for under two minutes after being next in at Walgreens twice and waiting close to 15 minutes. Even more shocking was witnessing all three employees actually working and with some purpose no less. I will note that with 5 or 6 people “working” at Walgreens I don’t know that I actually saw someone do something in the collective 25 minutes I spent waiting. Shaws routinely has one person working, sometimes two which I suppose justifies the miserable attitude I had come to expect there. Prescription filled in under an hour opposed to Walgreens waiting 4 hours to inform me they didn’t have it. Friendly, capable, hard working and actually were receptive to the time crunch created by their competitors lack of everything listed above. I will try the CVS 20 minutes closer to my house but I am willing to eat the 40 minute round trip to come here as I actually believe it to be saving time when it’s all said and done. With the labor shortage and extreme laziness resulting from Covid this was truly a breath of fresh air. I simply could not have had a better experience. Thank you to the pharmacy team at the Westbrook CVS

This pharmacy used to be great, but it’s really gone downhill. I called the pharmacy to fill a prescription that could not be filled online an hour and a half before they closed yesterday, waited to speak to someone for over an hour and eventually just hung up because I knew I was being ignored. So today I called around 2pm and they said they would fill it, okay perfect, I’ll pick it up after work. So I get to the pharmacy 25 minutes before they close, just to realize that they decided to CLOSE EARLY. The lady I talked to earlier on the phone could’ve at least told me that. A lot of people were in the parking lot (they got there before I did) very upset that they couldn’t get their prescriptions. This is ridiculous, some people really need their medication. Not to mention, most of the time the employees are rude. Just a horrible experience overall.

The pharmacy has really gone downhill in recent months. My doctor sent in a prescription 9 days ago and CVS still hasn't filled it. Every time I call, the automated voice system says it'll be ready at 9am tomorrow... and it has been saying that every day for the past 8 days. I can never get through to a live person. They've also made a bunch of other mistakes such as processing my insurance incorrectly, processing GoodRx coupons incorrectly, dispensing a generic but charging me the name brand price, and weird things like referring to me as miss/she/her even though I'm a guy with a beard.

Very bad pharmacy with very bad stuff I am talking about the stuff who are working on the prescription drugs very disrespectful and rude people specifically the new young lady who wears rainbow musk she’s the rudest one and most disrespectful one. Lazy people with very bad service.

Very bad pharmacy with very disrespectful stuff my doctor sent my perception to the pharmacy on the 11th I went to the pharmacy seven times each time they said come at this time and your midsection will be ready for pick up day after day until the 17th Six days took them to fill my prescription and I told them this unprofessional they didn’t like and they were very disrespectful in there answer and the most disrespectful one the young lady with rainbow musk on her face I don’t know her name she literally gave me my medicine and shut the phone in my face and left the window it’s like she’s telling you this our service if you don’t like it you can go to hell.

Caitlin who was working 1/9/22 is one of the rudest people that I have ever met in my life. I understand that every place is short staffed and I get it. But to be disrespectful to more than one older customer is simply unexceptable. The pharmacy staff is great but this young girl needs to learn respect.

We are big fans of our local CVS here in Westbrook. The staff is polite and friendly and pharmacists truly seek to be helpful. Having had a liver transplant save my life in 2012, it is very important that I be connected with an efficient pharmacy that can provide medication quickly. CVS does it. The only thing I would change if I could would be to somehow get better control of corporate reminder phone calls and texts.
