The past several times I have gone and gotten a blizzard there has been hardly candy in it, and I pay for extra. Today there was literally none after I drove away. Very disappointing. I get this is a small problem for many, but as a consumer paying for a product. I didn’t even receive close to why I paid for.

The new cheesecake blizzard was awesome, the burger we got yummy the chicken strips are getting smaller though that's a big price for nuggets cuz those wasn't strips

Service is TRASH! Girl at the window wid purple hair is literally a cat fight waiting to happen…totally mean to us. She should get a new job. Slow in general tbh

After walking a mile and a half to get a sweet treat and being ignored as we stood outside the walk up window, i called. We were turned away. They are only taking orders at drive-thru. Nothing posted on FB, no signs on the window. Terrible business practice. Not very customer friendly. Whatever. There are plenty of options.

We arrived at 8:50 and patiently waited behind 2 cars. We pull up to the menu at 9:01 and they informed us the kitchen was closed. They saw us in line because I SAW them see me, at 8:55. There was nobody behind us. I will never go back here. Never.

Very few employees including management are properly trained for as busy as this location is which unfortunately makes for poor customer service and more often than not the orders get done wrong.

It was pretty good. I generally don't eat dinner there, but the chicken basket was actually pretty good... the toast was weird and forced and didnt seem like it fit with the purpose of the basket. The ice cream is astonishing, and is really what you go there for, but one must not judge only the best parts.
