Thai Mini Cafe is a gem. My family and I have been coming here for years on our travels from Denver to the San Luis Valley, and it’s always delicious and the service friendly. Great vegan and vegetarian options. Be sure to see the menu at the front desk, which includes items not on the main menu. Recommend the Tom yum soup, green curry, pad see ew…really, it’s all great.

Fantastic Thai food. The chicken and tofu Pad Thai was spot on (don’t forget the chili sauce)! My wife got green curry and loved it. Super fresh veggies. We LOVE Thai food, and Thai Mini Cafe didn’t disappoint!!

Nice Thai restaurant near Monarch Mountain city. Food was tasty and well prepared. Nice host and little art shop to explore/shop too… Do visit if you are in that area where you don’t get any Thai food easily.

I loved this place!!! My friends and I came here after a night of camping and were drooling over all the food! The spring rolls are refreshing and delicious. The egg rolls are even better!! The pad Thai was the best though! Seasoned wonderfully and the spice was just perfect. For dessert I ordered a coconut ice cream milkshake! It was incredible. The women working were so sweet and accommodating. We shopped some goodies after eating such as some beautiful skirts and bracelets. We can’t wait to make it out there again to enjoy some delicious and authentic cuisine 🙏🏽

My friend said it best. "Authentic Thai with American ingredients". The food was good, not great, but I also understand it hard to source specific ingredients (ex: bamboo shoots) in a small town like this. The owners are incredible! I highly recommend taking the time to read their story (it's posted on the walls throughout the restaurant).

This place was incredible a cross of Thai and American classics. I got a big plate of orange chicken and it was amazing. I remember going there for ice cream every long trip 😋 when I was very young. I recommend this place to anyone. It needs a lot of love especially through covid we can find a way to help them.

Very sweet and patient people run this place. Even when encountering people who just come in to be plain rude. We enjoyed their company and their food. Definitely will be back if we are ever in the neighborhood again! Thank you!

This is probably the most bland Thai food I’ve had so far. Both green and red curries need serious addition in flavoring. Pad Thai and Tom Yum were better. Ingredients were fresh, though. Given that there is little alternative for Asian food around here, if I went with properly adjusted expectations, I would have added a star to the rating.
