Best cafe in Poncha Springs, Colorado (CO) 2024

I loved this place!!! My friends and I came here after a night of camping and were drooling over all the food! The spring rolls are refreshing and delicious. The egg rolls are even better!! The pad Thai was the best though! Seasoned wonderfully and the spice was just perfect. For dessert I ordered a coconut ice cream milkshake! It was incredible. The women working were so sweet and accommodating. We shopped some goodies after eating such as some beautiful skirts and bracelets. We can’t wait to make it out there again to enjoy some delicious and authentic cuisine 🙏🏽 ~Natalie
