Very long waits at the drive through in the past year. I waited 20 minutes at the order speaker after a 10 min wait prior to my turn without any word from an employee. I called them as traffic was in the street and they said they transition shifts which halt service. Seems like they're better ways to seamlessly do this. They may want to offer extra food or $ off to retain customers.

Didn't get a straw. Cashiers were too busy talking. Tomatoes on my burger were soggy and gross. It messed up the whole sandwich and my frys were cold and hard. The other day I brought my younger son to Wendy's in Auburn and he said he loved it very much even more than the competition we both really liked the fries because they were good and hot but the hamburger once again was so salty it was nearly unbearable. However I would still recommend eating there because the atmosphere was nice and clean as well. I was very pleased that they got the order right because it seems like lately every fast food restaurant it's very hard to get your order.. there's always a mistake but once again they got it right.

I brought up my sandwich to the counter to inform them they were missing an item in my sandwich. I ordered the new Pretzel Pub Burger, a #8 i believe, which comes with crunchy onion straws. I was told they were out of them. I asked why I wasn't informed before selling me the sandwich when they were missing an ingredient from this menu item. They said they didn't know; their co-worker made the sandwich and didn't tell them. I was then asked if I wanted a refund to which I agreed. As the manager was drawing my money, another worker in a blue fleece came and demanded the sandwich. I told him I still intended to eat it (as i was hungry and didn't want to wait for another since this incorrect burger took 12 minutes to make for some reason). By this time, five workers came together to witness this spectacle. He told me if I asked for my money back, that they needed the sandwich- I couldn't have both. I told him that wasn't the deal I made- I didn't ask, I was OFFERED my money back and accepted. I said nothing of a return. He abruptly said- well this is the deal now. I told him to keep his money and sat down. A young crew member offered me pickle chips as a replacement which i thought was good of him, but unfortunately it actually made the sandwich taste worse. The youngest crew member tried though! I really don't know at which point in this interaction the management thought they were performing good customer service...

Stopped in the other night because I was feeling a craving, and while it was busy, I figured that I would be able to get my food reasonably quickly because it was a simple $5 biggie bag, bacon double stack, no substitutions or omissions. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes or so, because in the chaos of the dinner rush, my order had gotten cleared off of their screens and essentially forgotten about. After I spoke up, I had my food and was on my way. It was fine, as usual. Just bear in mind that, when it gets very busy, there is a likelihood that your order gets missed entirely, and you have to speak up. Not sure if that's an issue everywhere nowadays because of staffing issues, or if this location was having a bit of an off Friday night, but that's why I'm only knocking one star off.

Always the best fast food. Got a grilled chicken the second I put it in my mouth it started bursting with hot delicious flavor and sauce was so good I had to lick it all up. I devoured it in seconds thrusting vigorously in out of my drool drenched mouth.

This location on the day I went and visited truly disappointed me. There were no adults in the store at all. A bunch of teenagers who were standing around complaining about other co workers and shooting the breeze with one another. This was all going on with a line full of customers both in the drive through and in the lobby. My order was messed up when I got home and ended up throwing it away.

Had an issue with these guys forgetting part of my order. Then we went back around and the doors were locked so had to go back thru the drive thru. Then the guy at window said we had to go back thru and stop at the teller where you make your order just so the guy could say "ok pull up"!!! So around 3 times we went! Waste of time!!!! Not to mention the line was backed up to the road! For $50 bucks and to feed 3 people I would expect my order to be correct. Plus the first time thru the line, the window where you get your food the lady had and attitude and was very rude. Not a very big fan of Wendy's anymore. It's too bad Because the food was always great.

The WORST experience I have had in a fast food place in my life. Waited 30 minutes for food and it was cold. Asked for a refund (I wasn't waiting another 30 minutes) and got an attitude from the manager. That was the best of the experience if you can imagine. Won't be back any time soon.

Couldn’t even find a clean table. No room left in the trash cans. The tables have become a place for trash. The place is a dumpster. Showed up during a rush. As someone who’s worked in customer service I understand waiting. I do not understand however letting your space become a trash can.
