Was at this dealership the sales person started out very friendly.when asking for a test drive he then sent what I thought was a salesman to ride with me but was a auto detailer,who hadn't cleaned it out,who didn't know vehicle functions,nor would they let me take it to my mechanic to check it out thoroughly.Bad vibes .

I have purchased three vehicles from wholesale outlet over the years and will probably purchase more in the future. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And they are one of the few used car dealers around left that does business the easy honest way. Their vehicles have a clearly marked price on the windshields, and it gives you a reasonable starting point on the purchase price. Stay away from the Lots with no prices visible on the cars. Their staff is trained to assess you and try to get as much money from you as they can when you ask for the price of the car. It leaves you negotiating for half a day with them from a ridiculously high price to one that might eventually be reasonable. At wholesale auto you start with a reasonable price and in all likelihood will be able to get them to come down a little on it at least.

I bought a 2008 Volkswagen GTI from this lot. I reviewed this lot and it had mixed reviews, some bad some good. But I gave them a chance and went for it. We drove from Kalamazoo MI. Got there and got a car salesman named Eddie Bauer isn’t that weird. Anyway the car was running a little rough and we couldn’t pin point what it was. He said he would have his mechanic look at it or what would i want to do to make the deal. He took some money off and we drove it back. He was very honest and i would buy from them again. We had the car tuned up and it runs great.

Found a nice car I was interested we struck a deal and agreed I would come in the next day to buy it cash and with my plates etc. When I arrived next day then had sold it to someone else. Very unprofessional especially after making a verbal agreement and wasting my time.

I just bought a 2006 Chevy Impala LTZ yesterday and I must say I am more than satisfied with my purchase. My salesman Eddie Bauer was amazing and took his time to find the right car for me. They actually help offset the cost by taking my old mini van in trade! The owner Ron was very nice and helped me out with a much appreciated great trade value. When the deal was done very quickly I must add, I truly got a real WHOLESALE deal! $2000 below retail! If your looking for a reliable low priced used car you have to go see Eddie Bauer and yes that is his real name. Thanks again guys!
