I just had a horrible customer service experience. The person name Rachele. I’m expecting a cash transferred to me via western union and majority of them have restrictions on an allowable amount. And I know I’m expecting the amount that not every location is able and allowing to give. I was calling western union locations around the neighborhood and everyone is nice and friendly but this location is definitely not like others. First I was asking Rachele if they handle western union there cause when she picked up she gave the different name of the company. So instead of answering my questions she ignored me and started repairing herself “ how May I help you” “ how May I help you”. Than I asked her if they have limits on curtain amount of cash given and she told me that they do not disclose any info over the phone. Which is not correct cause I’m dealing with western for a very long time and instead of me driving from location to location I call and check first and everyone has no problems to answer. So she had an attitude ever since she picked up the phone. Kept repeating herself. Was very aggravated. I would def recommend this location to train their employees properly. I travel all over the world and I can see a difference in the customer service. ~Polina
