Had a 1980 schwinn bike from my childhood. I was in the market for another bike but all the bikes were all sold out everywhere . So I decided to take this 40 year old bike to the bike dr . He hooked it up. New wheels tires cables this bike is much better than the ones they are selling now. Thank you for making my bike new.

I stopped in yesterday to drop off my daughter's bicycle for a minor tune up and a new inner tube on her front wheel. I was greeted at the door immediately. After explaining my needs he started rolling our bike into his shop. I asked if I needed to fill out some paper work. He said that would not be necessary as he was going to fix the bicycle immediately! He said to give him 30 minutes. I returned 30 minutes later. As I was exiting my vehicle, he rolled the bike out to my truck. The flat tire was fixed. He explained the other necessary adjustments that were made. In addition to the friendly and professional service, he only charged me $40. He said the repairs were covered for 1 year and provided me with a receipt. This was the best experience that I have ever had with ANY bicycle shop. I highly recommend The Bike Doctors to everyone. Bravo!!!

The bike doctor is the only bike shop that thoroughly understands customer service. Seven years ago I walked in to ask if they rent bikes but they said no. At the time, I owned a 1980 Schwinn World Sport 26in frame road bike. I bought new tires, ask them to adjust the derailleur and brakes. From that day on the Bike Dr created a relationship I could not have imagine. I'm definitely more informed about the essentials of taking care of my bike. I've been to a lot of bike shops in my life time but non have come close to the excellent customer service the Bike Dr provides.

I've been here a couple of times and the service is always fantastic. I've done a tune-up and a couple of other minor repairs and they are always honest and straightforward. Their prices are extremely reasonable and it take great care of your bike. I live in the city now but I still make a point to pair up bike needs with other visits to the suburbs so I can keep using this place, that trust goes a long way...
