I called using two different phones to get a simple question answered and was on hold for 45 minutes on one phone and was on hold for 30 minutes before someone finally picked up the first call. on Tuesday I was told by Christi nurse practitioner that I needed labs, I asked if the referral would be there the following day, Wednesday she said yes. She failed to tell me that THEY WHERE CLOSE ON Wednesday for a company picnic. I took off a few hours from work to get labs done for nothing. SHE FAILED to tell me, yes the referral will be there on Wednesday but WE ARE CLOSE. SMH why are you allowed to work with people???? PLEASE get some TRAINING CHRISTY.

You get what you pay for. I am on a sliding scale so I guess this is what I get for not being able to afford insurance. They are nice but they don't care. The doctor never responds to messages. I came here out of desperation for an abnormal period. I'm glad I was able to now afford some decent insurance. good riddance to this place. I was also supposed to schedule a colonoscopy. I called and called and no one ever returned my call. I keep getting the text message from them to please be sure to schedule your colonoscopy but I could never get anyone to call me back to schedule it. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU REALLY HAVE TO.

This is worst clinic you can ever attend. All the people at the front desk have the worst attitude you can ever have. The fake doctors do not help at all. They dont know anything and have the nerve to have attitudes as well. They need to shut this clinic down

Aunt Marthas is terrible. My doctor Vihide Dogan Bag refused to give me my perscriptions. It was begining of June and they gave me an appointment at the end of June. But i was out already of my blood pressure pills and diebetes pills that i needed to servive. She refused to write a perscription at least up to wnen i went to the appointment. I cannot go a whole month without my pills. I will get sick without them. But this witch doesnt seem to care. I dont ever recommend Aunt Marthas to anyone neither Dr Vihide Dogan Bag to anyone. They dont seem to care for there patients. Im looking for another Doctor soon.

I've been waiting here for 3 hours and still have not been seen. People came in after me without appointments. Then i finally go in and she tells me the doctor might not be able to see me today. My throat it swollen shut I can't talk and a doctor can't see me today?! This place has to be the most unprofessional place. I should of went to the Aunt Martha's in chicago heights this wait is ridiculous. I arrived at 9:30 am and it is now 12:30 pm. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

They are very inconsiderate of people's time. My appointment was at 1:30pm. 2 hours passed and still did not see a doctor. There was no communication between the patient and staff in regards to what was taking so long. So I left. It was absolutely ridiculous. Chicago Heights location is a bit better with time.

I had two appointments at Aunt Martha's in Hazel Crest IL, the first time was basically just an initial visit and to begin the steps to receive treatment for a hernia on both sides of my abdomen/groin area. The nurse, Judith Sheldon, only did a very brief exam of the afflicted area and then proceeded to order the incorrect ultrasound; I was told by a rather amused employee at South Suburban that the exam the "nurse" ordered was only for women. I was forced to go back and forth between the buildings to fix *her* error, which was extremely painful for me. I was off my feet for three days afterwards as a result. I eventually was set up for the correct ultrasound at South Suburban. Due to my hernia, the procedure was extremely painful and I couldn't even get out of bed for two full days. I later found out from someone I know who works in the medical field that a CT scan would have shown it clearer and not caused me extreme pain; the nurse never even mentioned the option to me. The second time I came in was to get the results of the ultrasound, and it was a nightmare. I had to wait for over two hours past my appointment time, despite arriving 10 minutes early. I never even saw nurse Sheldon, who I had the appointment with, but was told by some other nurse I had never seen before that "the test results showed no signs of a hernia" in a very condescending and rude manner. She gave me literally no options even when I repeatedly asked her what I should do next in that case, eventually she said I could come back in a week to see Sheldon "again" despite never even seeing her at this appointment and that I "might be able to still get a surgical consult". Let me be clear, I have had to push my own intestines back into my abdominal cavity on both sides of my groin multiple times, and I have been in constant pain for more than a month, so I'm absolutely positive that I have a bilateral hernia. Not to mention nurse Sheldon had supposedly already identified it as such, she had even told me the ultrasound was "just a formality before I get scheduled for a surgical consult". Obviously I have no plans to come back to this hellhole, and now I have to find another doctor to start this process all over and get the correct imaging done. In the meantime I'm in constant pain, to the point that I can't sleep at night, walk more than a few minutes at a time, or take care of myself. I would not recommend going here under any circumstances.

I had been going to the clinic in Hazel Crest for a few years. In January, I went in for a routine check up for my blood pressure and to get a refill prescription for my medication. That's when I learned my doctor was no longer there and they assigned me under Judith Sheldon who is actually not a doctor but a nurse practitioner. ..fine whatever. She ended up prescribing a second blood pressure medication since it was elevated. I've had nothing but problems ever since! My insurance would not approve both medications. They required a piece of paper signed by your doctor called a prior authorization. I called the clinic almost everyday for a month to get this woman to sign this paper. I finally had to go up to clinic and watch someone fax it over. By the time I got one prescription approved, the other had run out and I had the same issue all over again. For 2 weeks I called the "contact center". They never want to connect you with the clinic...only take messages. No one ever calls back. Once again I had to miss work and actually go to the clinic. I saw good ole Judy sitting at the back counter when I arrived. Not only did she refuse to see me she had me checked into a room where my blood pressure was through the roof....I wonder why! She instructed the nurse to tell me that I had to go the ER. I went to the ER and my pressure had went back to normal. It was only high because I was so upset with this whole experience. The ER doctor told me that I just needed my medication. She wrote me another prescription. Well the same issue came up at the pharmacy. ..I needed the prior authorization from my doctor. So I went BACK to the clinic requesting that this be resolved. Susie Lorie stepped in and let me watch her fax the form over. I thought this was behind me but I'm literally back at the clinic waiting for them fax the form again because the "contact center" won't connect me with anyone. Once again Judy is nowhere around. I submitted a complaint about this situation and someone called me almost 2 weeks later. I actually forgot about the complaint. She told me it would be addressed but apparently it wasn't because here I am again. I went too long without my medication which is dangerous. It bothers me that no one was concerned about that. I'm currently searching for a new doctor. As for Judy...I don't understand how she's able to still practice medicine!
