I had a new fork installed on my bike. They helped me decide which fork would fit my bike the best given the riding I want to do and bike size/model. Great turnaround time, and it rides great! I've been to this store multiple times, and I highly recommend it

Prompt service. I took my bike in for broken shifters and a new chain(30 year old bike that hadn't been serviced ever). They attempted to fix the shifters instead of trying to force an up sell for new shifters. They weren't able to fix them and I had to get new ones, but the attempt was made. My bike works like a dream now.

My experience here was amazing. Zane took such good care of me. He was honest with me the whole time. Being a bigger man he talked me out of a few bikes because of my size and I'm very happy he did. I know I could get accessories cheaper online but I ended up buying everything I needed at the store. I will be back! Thank you Zane!
