My old bike has new life. Reached out to Trek Algonquin to inquire about getting my bike ready to hit the pavement again and could not be more impressed with the entire process. Upfront pricing, excellent customer service, knowledgeable folks and just overall quality service. Remember, everyone is navigating the constraints of the global supply chain so be patient on turnaround. Bike was in for a few weeks waiting on parts but I always received an update.
