By far the worst McAlisters in the area. I waited for 40+ minutes for 2 sandwiches. While waiting I noticed the staff in the back goofing off. 3 guys at least making sandwiches and they could only get out 2 sandwiches every 5-8 minutes. I understand being under staffed sucks, but these people could have cared less about their jobs. Not to mention my sandwich had less than half the meat it normally does. This is the 3rd bad experience I’ve had here. My fault I didn’t learn from the first 2. SAVE YOURSELF, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

We have visited McAlister's Deli often mostly at the Jefferson Point location but recently we have been heading up to the Lima Rd location. I feel like the store is brighter, cleaner, and is generally a better experience. I usually try to get the Gluten free bread on the sandwiches but it's very dry and crumbly. I'm glad for the option but I don't think I can recommend it for texture and taste.

This location has NEVER got my order correct when I place an order from the app. It never fails, they always forget something. It’s especially frustrating when you pay for extra dressing, chips, or a side & they forget it & don’t offer to refund the money. They need to make sure they’re double checking each order to ensure order accuracy. We won’t be returning to this location, which is a bummer since it’s so close to home. If you do order ahead here, make sure to double check your order before you leave!

I usually enjoy eating here but my most recent experience I probably won't go back to this location again. The menu boards weren't up for some reason so they had menus on the counter to place orders. I made my order of a grilled chicken sandwich on croissant bread with mayo instead of the honey mustard. So after a few minutes of waiting I take notice of my receipt and it shows I ordered a chicken club which has bacon and I don't eat pork. So I mentioned it to the person who took my order. She says oh it's 2 types of chicken sandwich I put in the club one. So she says I can have them fix it. So after a few moments of discussing it with the person who makes orders she says. They are fixing it. So I wait another 5 more minutes then my order is ready. So I open it up to just make sure it's good and now I noticed it has honey mustard all on it. So I let the person who took my order that this has honey Mustard on. She takes the sandwich back and says let me get them to fix it. Another few moments she tells me they are fixing it. So both times she never really acknowledged the mistakes she made but seemed agitated about me coming back up to her. The situation would have been avoided if she would have read back my order to make sure of accuracy so mistakes aren't made. By this time I'm running late on my lunch and I jus lost appetite so I jus decided to jus get a refund. When I told her she said she has to get a manager. So I wait again for a few moments then manager comes out says you the one who wants refund I say yes. She says you don't want your food in a rude kind of way. I say no my order was messed up twice and I gotta go and have lost my appetite now. She seemed upset I ask for refund and She never once apologize for the inconveniences or didn't seem to botherd by a unsatisfied customer Didn't seem to care about the situation at all. I probably won't go back to this location again

Great food! Excited for the Auburn location to open!! Prices are a little high but the portions are good sizes.. great cookies for desert too!

Service was adequate. Food quality was mixed. Potato was delicious. Roast beef was fatty. Club sandwich was too sweet. Chilli was ok. Nachos were awful. Desert was good.

The chef salad was so big and tasty. I would highly recommend it. The ham and cheese sandwich was yummy and juicy. I will be coming back here for sure.

Honestly the food is always amazing,tasty, and fast...not to mention the large portions. It may seem pricey from the outside but it is so worth it. The staff was incredibly friendly. One guy in particular, wish i remembered his name, was so fun and made the visit 10x better by making us laugh. Great place!

Really dirty, from the tables to the plates. Different experience than other McAlisters I forgot about how this place is not like other McAlisters and came by again My sandwich had only half the meat/cheese on it. Literally 50% bread Terrible food prep Service at the front is why they get two stars
