Best sandwich shop in Fort Wayne, Indiana (IN) 2024

We have visited McAlister's Deli often mostly at the Jefferson Point location but recently we have been heading up to the Lima Rd location. I feel like the store is brighter, cleaner, and is generally a better experience. I usually try to get the Gluten free bread on the sandwiches but it's very dry and crumbly. I'm glad for the option but I don't think I can recommend it for texture and taste. ~Gordon
