This was our first time eating here and it was okay. I really don't like subway but they do put more on your sandwiches than Jimmy John's! I had a wrap and nothing fell out of it because there was not much on it at all. Way way to expensive for what we ate! Not sure if we will go back! I would have to think about it thats for sure!

Jimmy John's is outstanding! Service at this Columbia City location is a class act! My favorite sandwich is the #10 Hunters Club sandwich. It is a double portion of roast beef, provolone cheese, tomato, lettuce and mayo. (Do yourself a favor and have them add some black pepper.) A little known fact is that they have day old bread, which is great, available for $0.50 a piece. What a great deal!

Always getting Jimmy John's for a quick bite. Clean place. Free smells. They sell day old bread for basically nothing. Sometimes forgets a straw, mayo packets, or napkins. Great overall.

Id put 0 stars if i could, like this is the worse experience I've ever had with a jimmy johns. took two hours to get my sandwiches after i called 3 times, then the only reason why i knew my food was there was cause i walked outside they left it in the alley and the wind knocked over the bag and my sandwich was on the ground in the alley and the only thing the manager said was sorry, what a poor pathetic excuse of a company, I literally NEVER write reviews like this but what a joke this company/franchise is missing 3 bag of chips. I don't even know what to say.

Ordered the ham sandwich with lettuce, onions and pickels. Got one very thin slice of ham no pickles no onions. After the staff was informed no credit or other form of compensation was offered. As I sat I noticed the guy making the sandwiches made several mistakes on another customer's order. Very poor service at this Jimmy John's place.

They are never fast. The facility is very clean but seriously, the wait time is longer than McDonald's and Subway. They skimp on almost any extras you ask for. Want extra guac? Here is half a small cup. They have messed up my orders a few times. I stopped going and gave them another chance recently. They are still disappointingly slow.

If I can give 0 stars i would. Out of 3 times ordering i have had to wait over an hour all 3 times. How can you constantly run out of bread. That is your job. First time fine its ok second time what the heck third time I might as well just go to subway. If you don't have a lunch time and can eat whenever go here otherwise I wouldn't waste my time.

Have had 3 horrible experiences with this JJ's. Will never support this business again. Store is constantly out of bread, or serves old hard/stale bread, or they are out of paper to wrap sandwiches and say they cannot complete you order until another employee gets back from another store over 30 minutes away with paper/wrap. Have heard every excuse imaginable. "we will credit you and it will be under your phone number when you order the next time".... this never happens. "we will give you a free sandwich card".... they give you an expired voucher. I don't look for them to be in business long at this rate.
