Closing at 6pm is not really useful to a business. I work in fort wayne and needed a haircut, and it takes time work til 5pm. Could have had my business but I was 3 minutes too late.

Clean and quick. We took my brother-in-law to get a haircut and we did the online check in. It said that he was scheduled for more than 2 hours later, but we rode by and they were able to get him in right away. No beard trims right now for COVID.

My 8 year old daughter got a wad of gum in her hair. Instead of asking for help to remove the gum, she secretly cut the gum from her hair and really made a mess of her long hair. However, after speaking with Clarissa at Great Clips, she worked her stylist magic and cut my daughter's hair and really made it look great! Thank you Clarissa!!! Service: Haircut

I have always had some sort of problem when it came to getting my haircut here (this coming from a loyal customer for almost 20 years). The haircut was never great or even good, it has always been okay. Over the past several months, I have asked for 1 inch on top, but they have cut it to around 3 inches. I'm not sure if you are taking advantage of my poor eyesight to get me to come back more often or what (especially since your prices have more than tripled over the years), but for this reason and many others, I will not be coming back.

Been going here for 13 years and never had a problem with the service they provided. The last time I was there the stylist couldn’t cut my sideburns evenly. Then after this visit, I didn’t realize it until I got home that the stylist didn’t cut any of the hair on top of my head. So I paid $15 for half a haircut. Service: Haircut
