Great team here at NAW. These guys have the knowledge and the skill to pull off pretty much anything you can dream up. They will spend time consulting with you so you know what you are getting yourself into. Very honest and fast turn around times and scheduling. I did a fairly large project and they absolutely nailed it. They located and recommended some overdue maintenance items too that I didn't even consider and it was nice to get that all done at the same time. I'll definitely be back and would recommend these guys 100%. On a side note they have a really nice and clean facility, which is important to me and really reflects how much pride NAW takes in their service and customer satisfaction. Trade in Denali Acadia for a Chevy Tahoe upon leaving with the Tahoe none of the brand new tires were balanced I’ve brought it back three times now and they keep forgetting too balance ALL Tires the second time I brought it back was because they did balance the front two then they rotated an still missed one . Was told it was on the backside of rim it’s not there , Charging pad doesn’t work, No Floor mats would have taken mine, Weather stripping around doors is falling off not Happy this was Saco location now being told I have to go to Westbrook . Hopefully Westbrook can handle rotating and balancing tires because apparently they can take care of the charging pad weatherstripping for the fourth time tires ~Deanna

I had reserved a vehicle that was very much in demand and I did this in the middle of a car shortage. Other dealers were changing the terms on customers and marking the vehicle up as much as 30% to 35%. Legally there wasn't anything preventing Rowe from doing this but they kept their word and gave me a great deal. There was nothing stopping them from tacking on a really big admin fee or raising the price other than their honor and respect for their customers. I feel very lucky to have ordered from Rowe Ford and to have worked with Lou Couture. Great experience overall. They had my back. ~Benjamin
