I bought "ASICS" for the first time today (4-26-21) because the employee was a very helpful & knowledgeable employee, she knows her products, I forgot her name but I was impressed & she made my shopping experience easy & she solved my problem immediately by directing me to a brand I'd never considered before. I'm glad I did because my back, legs, & feet are thanking me now! I highly recommend this location 👌 👏 👍 🙌 😄 😌

This visit was a complete waste of time period I had gone into the store to perhaps exchange a pair of shoes that I had purchased online. They did not have those shoes in the store. I looked at a pair of timberlands and only one of the 2 shoes were available. I asked the sales associate if she could grab me the other shoe so I can try it on and she told me that I had to buy them in order for her to go and grab it from the back. When I got to the cash register to just get my refund the other associate asked if I had found everything I needed. I explained to her what had happened and she quickly snapped at me telling me it was just a misunderstanding and the other associate could have grabbed the other shoe from the back.

This is 1 of my go-to's , so I'm thinking this rating reflects the impact of the Pandemic - variety • quantity • quality seemed lacking...I went to get a new pair of sandals - but there was nothing in the selection that appealed to me as in times past.

I don't need a second pair so I'm going to save that money. Then she tried to trick me into being put on an email list by offering to look up my account first and then saying that the system was just receipt storage to which I declined again and requested a paper receipt. She gave me the paper receipt but not before showing her agitation with my refusal to be put in her database, she then explained it was for coupons. Coupons? You just said it was only receipt storage! This is why I protect my privacy.
