This place is a waste of time and money. They told me my instore pick up would be ready between 10am and 11am. So I showed up at 10:30am. I called to let them know I was there as instructed. On the other end of the telephone was a evil witch who had obviously been verbally and possibly physically abused by her management. She took her rage and aggression out on me. I waited 1hr in the parking lot for my groceries and left after I was told it would be 2 more hour until my order was ready. They are crazy if they think I would wait 3 hours to pickup my order. I will never do business with this company again.

They filled the wrong prescription. Then told me the right one would be filled in 45 minutes. Came back an hour later to tell me that it couldn’t be filled because they didn’t have it. Terrible service. Terrible communication.

I filled a prescription with Meijer on Tuesday and today. Both times I was told my prescription would be done at a certain time and it wasn't. Then they have the nerve to be rude with me?! No kind of customer service! It's a shame my insurance doesn't take CVS At Target, they have a wonderful staff. I guess I will stick with Walgreens.

The pharmacy is decently priced and convenient. For the most part, the employees do their job and are somewhat personable. However, if you are looking for a personalized experience, then you may want to go to a smaller or family owned pharmacy.

This pharmacy is a joke. The employees are rude and they lie about when they are working on your prescription and when it will be done. It's a shame too because of the convenience. This is not the first time I have been treated poorly, but it certainly is the last. My business will be going to CVS. I will be informing everyone I know to not even THINK of taking a prescription here!!

My first time having a script filled in the Highland store. I was very impressed. The pharmacy staff were so kind and friendly. I was having difficulty getting a medication that apparently was not available. After a phone call to my physician the problem was quickly remedied. Came back to the drive through and was greeted by the nicest young lady, Emma. Her smile made me feel 100 percent better. I am moving our prescriptions to Meijer because of the good impression this group of kind individuals gave me.
