In my opinion I have had some good experiences with tmobile compared to other phone stores and I'm glad I was able to get my young son a iPhone for a decent price ..

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I was trying to help my 83 year old grandma setup her new phone and sync her contacts from her previous phone. T-Mobile had instructed my grandma to come back into the store in order to complete the setup. I called T-Mobile to ask if it was possible to do the setup at home and they were little to no help instructing me to come in. I asked to put my name down on the list and she said that was possible and the wait would be 30 minutes. I showed up about ~20 minutes later and two of the T-Mobile employees were incredibly rude and dismissive. They both didn’t even ask my name or acknowledge me for 30+ minutes. When I finally asked how long the wait would be, the women asked my name and walked away. Another ~30 minutes later I asked again and she said it would be at least another 30 minutes. Rightfully annoyed I walked away to sit down and the women yells back in a snappy, rude tone “bye have a nice day.” I continued to sit as both the women glared at me, almost seeming annoyed to even have to help. Thankfully the third employee, Katrine (hopefully I spelled that right), was very kind and able to help me after waiting for over an hour/hour and a half. Turns out I could do the setup at home and all I had to do was break the SIM card into the smaller size (would have been helpful to know this on the original call). When I got home and tried to sync the SIM card contacts, only 3 appeared. I called the store again to ask for help and the woman was no help and incredibly rude. She said I would have to come into the store AGAIN. When I mentioned my grandma would have to come in and asked for an appointment she said appointments aren’t possible, with no exceptions for my 83 year old grandma. When I noted that she may have to wait a few hours for this, her response was “yep” and then hung up. Would not recommend going to this store AT ALL. They not only do not care about their customers, but they do not care about helping senior citizens through a challenging process.

This location has the best experts to resolve issues regarding switching carriers from beginning to end. T-Mobile does provide you with a checklist to switch from the toughest carriers successfully. This team is knowledgeable, patient and kind all while providing top-notch professional service. Also bought a new device from this store. Thank you to this store.

Came here to upgrade my phone, was in there less than an hour. (: I believe Carl was the one that helped me he was very kind and helped me upgrade my phone quick! Everyone else was nice as well helping other customers and looked happy. Will be coming to this location more often when I need to!

The customer service is horrible there. I tried upgrade my wife and my iPhone and I felt like I was bothering them when the upgrade process isn’t that difficult to begin with.

I have never had an experience so asinine and infuriating in my life. We waited about an hour and a half just to be called. Then we were being "helped" by someone who didn't even know what he was doing. He messed everything up just trying to put my fiance's line on my account, so what should have taken maybe half an hour took about three. I got my last name pronounced wrong several times and my fiance's last name was pronounced wrong. My day got wasted.

When I called the store to inquire about a new iPhone, the gentleman was rude and snippy, as I had simply misunderstood due to my signal cutting in an out, he then frustrated repeated himself in a snarky smartss manner. Have some simple understanding and not be a rude a**hole definitely will not bring business to this location. If anyone needs help go to the St John location where they are friendly, knowledgeable, and have better attitude.

Jacob went above and beyond to help me. The manager on duty was extremely efficient and professional. I don't even live in Indiana, but it was worth the trip. They helped me switch from Sprint to T-MOBILE and gave me a great deal on a new phone.

I was directed by customer service to return a signal booster to the closest retail store. The first store I went to was a former Sprint store and referred me to the closest corporate store. I found it just a few miles further down the road. Unfortunately, this store made it clear from the beginning that they could not help me with that. When I asked for the store manager to get involved he directed the sales associate to call customer service and then walked away (to the back room). After minutes of witnessing the sales associate give customer service the wrong information and not really put much effort towards my case I had to interrupt and help the situation move along a little bit by bridging the obvious communication gap between the sales rep and the customer service rep. Come to find out he was talking to a completely wrong dept… on purpose, I suspect. After an hour of wasted time and getting no where I caved in and said nevermind which is what they wanted all along. When I told the manger Steve how unhappy I was, he said it wasn’t his problem and I could call whoever I wanted to about it. He also blatantly lied to my face and said he was busy with other customers when I was literally the only customer in the store almost the entire time. I left the store with no service provided to me at all. I can only assume it’s because they only care about making a sale and nothing else. If that is the case, I just don’t see any need for brick and mortar stores at all. I’m on the fence about keeping my service with T-Mobile but I definitely won’t ever step inside of any of they’re retail stores again. Coincidentally, when I called customer service back, I was told that this store has been marked inactive and will be closing soon due to so many complaints.
