I had my car repaired at this collision shop after a minor rear end accident the repair was flawless. They keep you informed on the repair process and their customer service is excellent and if you have any problems they will go out of their way to correct it quickly and with a smile.

This place is absolutely amazing. Staff and customer service, top notch. Very nice and on top of their game. Deserves more than 5 stars. My truck was repaired from a rear ending on I-94, in such a timely manner, and they also cleaned/detailed it! I know that thing was gross when I dropped it off. It was like I left their lot in a whole new truck! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Vehicle Inspection

My car insurance directed me to this shop after I was rear-ended on I-94. Overall the experience was good, but I was disappointed with the paint job in the repair. Pros - easy to work with - able to fix frame/bumper damage - returned my car clean - good communication Cons - attention to detail (pics attached, dirt under paint, paint on trim, primer on tail light, color blending is subpar) - paint job seemed rush (car was in shop nearly 3 weeks) If picky about your paint job, I would think about looking into other shops. Otherwise the repair was good.

I can't say enough GREAT things about Jack Demmer Collision shop! My car was in bad shape from an accident and my insurance company recommended them. They took my car in and Larry gave me an update 2 times a week on the progress they were making. They were meticulous when fixing my car and as they came across parts that were damaged, they ordered it and replaced it. They are very professional, and all of the hard workers that had a hand in putting my car back together are talented and take pride in their jobs and quality of excellence shows in their performance. When my insurance was up after 30 days for the car rental, Jack Demmer Collision got me into one of their loaner cars and I am so very thankful and grateful! I got my car back after 2 months and it looks beautiful and runs great! You would never know from looking at it that it was ever smashed or damaged. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jack Demmer Collision! I had problems getting call backs. I work in customer service as well and I do know when you do not have updates for the client you really don’t want to call with bad news. There were problems getting parts for my repairs and a call back was all I was requesting. Telling me “I apologize but we still don’t have what we need” would not have hurt. People must be mindful that they would feel the same way if they were in the same situation. I am satisfied with the work but the customer service needs some work. I’ve been with Jack Demmer over a decade now. Their service is always at a superior level. Staff is courteous and respite your need. Being able to leave off your rental car there for pick up is a huge convenience. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Service: Body & Trim

Although I am very happy with my repairs and my rep Dennis, I would like to mention my review would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for staff member Lisa. From the moment I set up my appointment, got an estimate, to the completion of my repairs Lisa was BEYOND unprofessional. Her customer service skills are beyond lacking. I can only imagine the stress everyone is under due to the delay in parts and etc, but her attitude and demeanor towards me during the entire process was shocking and uncalled for. At one point she told me my claim was closed (it wasn’t, but easily could have been a misunderstanding) I called to ensure my appointment was set and all issues were addressed. I simply asked Lisa, “everything is all set for tomorrow? No issues with my claim right?” she goes if you want a problem I’ll give you a problem. A simple laugh at the end would have let me know she was kidding, but I ensure you she wasn’t. After calling my insurance rep and telling her I wanted to make sure everything was ok and about Lisa’s comment, I was assured by both her and Jack Demmers CS I would not be dealing with Lisa. Well I did. I will say every other staff member was beyond welcoming, gave updates, and were honest about when the repairs would be completed. I highly recommend Lisa refreshes herself on basic customer service skills. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Painting

Dan was our advisor and we couldn’t have asked for a better one. He was always there to answer any questions we had and was ALWAYS keeping us updated as far was timelines and parts.
