it's a clean facility. nice workout area tht was spaced apart properly. I liked tht you can actually jog around tht area on a carpeted track.

Everyone is there to work, and become better. The staff is friendly, and are there to motivate you

Clean, quiet, and not too busy. Many retirees, many people just getting off work. Lots of machines, lots of free weights, no machismo

No squat racks or Olympic bar bells. The old receptionist lady is also extremely stern and rude. If you’ve been to this gym, you know what Im taking about .

I love this place. The indoor track is my favorite. The staff is wonderful and make it a joy to come amd workout. The equipment always works and is well taken care of. Shower water can stand to be hotter 😊
