This is the most awesome T-Mobile store around! Kelley and her staff are fantastic and highly educated on all T-Mobile has to offer. They were able to reduce my bill and get me 2 new phones and a tracker for my kiddo! Thank you for everything! 10/10 highly recommended!!!

My husband and I originally went to another store/city to inquire about getting different phones. Our phones were new in August, but we were both experiencing problems and we were not interested in exchanging our problematic phones for the same model. We were there for at least two hours, left with no resolution, and a phone that could still not place calls. We decided to try another (this) store, before making the switch to another carrier. The associates and manager listened to our issues/concerns; worked with us to figure out how we could get different phones; and set up/transferred our info to the new phones. We will return to this store for any future services. Their customer service was AWESOME!

Staff at this store was helpful, friendly and kind. The store was being cleaned thoroughly with frequent touch surfaces sanitized while I was in the store. I came in mad about my recent interactions with online support and left with a working device and a smile on my face and laughter in my heart. Good folks here trying their very best at customer service and I'm thankful for their help. Big Mike, Kelly & Derrick all assisted me today. Thanks to all of them.

I started my day at TMobile in Saginaw- Green Acres. Mike and Kelly are awesome? They set my new phone up, transferred my photos, downloaded app for my car, set my email and made me feel comfortable with my new purchase. Their customer service is a strong 10!
