Staff is second to none! Ashley the manager is the absolute best! She is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She came with tools, knew what she was doing and assisted with the install of my battery. If you want an experience that makes you want to come back just ask for Ashley! Thanks again for all you do!!

Had the exact headlight replacement bulb I needed for my Toyota Highlander work vehicle. It was slightly more difficult to navigate the store only because it's floor plan wasn't the same as any other AutoZone I've been to. The associates were friendly and actively doing end of night cleaning, the store was immaculately clean which is nice to encounter.

I went to Auto Zone on State Street because it was closest to my home. Someone yelled over to me at a stoplight and informed me that my tail lights were out. I went in and told the clerk what kind of vehicle that I have and he never said a word. Not hello. Can I help you nothing. I blew it off. Then I said ( Can I ask you probably a dumb question but I don’t know anything about cars. Is it normal for both tail lights to go out at the same time?) He never looked up from typing on the register and he said something under his breath. I said…. Sorry I didn’t hear you.He said, I don’t have some magic tool that I can go out there and see why or when your tail lights went out. ) I am a fifty two year old lady. I am polite and a good person. But that comment was all she wrote for me! I was in there a few months ago and a different clerk acted like it was the end of the world when I asked if he could put a headlight bulb in. He broke the bolt. And said he can’t do it. I went to a friends house. The bolts pulled right out and my bulb was in in less than 5 minutes. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! This is the first review I have ever written. That is how upset I am at that kids mouth! Also I am going to tell everyone I know not to go there. There is no reason to disrespect someone unless they are disrespecting you. So I went to O’Reileys. They were awesome!

Roy is an incredible worker. My headlight went out on my way to work and I didn’t want to end up driving home in the dark without my lights. Stopped in and he got me what I needed and changed it all under ten minutes so I could get back to heading to work. 100% recommend going to this location. Best service I’ve ever had.

My church brother went there to get a new battery, we also pick up a few gadgets for his van. The young man that waited him was nice enough to let brother use the tools to fix the problem. Thank you. AutoZone member For just being kind . 👍🏼

Usually pretty reliable, but today, they didn't have anything I needed. Not only that, the young clerk could not even tell me the names of the items I was looking for either. He could and should have went ad asked for assistance...
