Most employees are helpful but there is one employee that has an attitude, I tried explaining something to him and when I started telling him something he was unfamiliar with he wanted to act like I did not know what I was talking about.

From the BADD K9 president, service was efficient, the manager and staff fun and efficient. Manager installed the battery and credited us for the core. Nice work. Will recommend.

Great service and prices. My wife's battery was acting up so we stopped in. The manager ran a diagnosis to be sure the battery was the issue, he then gave me an in- store discount to match the online discount. He installed the new battery, took the old one and applied the core return. Easiest battery switch ever

Only store that had my parts in stock. So I ask them if they would hold me for me and sure enough when I got there my parts where ready. Two gentlemen working this morning were very helpful. They also made sure I got my discount through Speed Perks program.

I can always find what I'm looking for whenever I shop at advance auto. It seems like some of their competition is over priced on a lot of their stuff and advanceds reward system is pretty nice as well.
