When I originally started with AT&T back in May of 2021, I loved this store. Darius and Chris were super helpful, funny, and said hello within a few feet of the door. However, when I went in last week to turn in my phone, they were extremely rude. Brushed my situation off to the wind, monotone voice and all. Chris simply glanced up at me and then went back to the computer. Darius said hello, but I definitely felt that my presence was a waste of their time. While I am grateful they informed me I couldn't turn in my phone at that store because I truly had no idea, they could have been kinder.

Darius is hands down the most helpful At&t employee. I called the 1800 number 5x today and was given incorrect information. After driving to 3 different places to try and return equipment he finally pointed me in the right direction. THANK YOU!!!!!

The staff was fantastic and super helpful! They gave me great service and made sure I got the best deal. They are absolutely fantastic! The staff and store at STATE road in Saginaw Michigan is the best AT&T store I've been to--and I've been a customer of AT&T for more than a decade!

Chris evans gave me great info before I arrived. Manager darius toik me through the transition from Verizon to ATT. LANIA also gave me great service and options. A very easy appointment without pressure to buy more than I had in mind.

Chris did a phenomenal job servicing me on 2/25/20. He went over and beyond to make sure my needs were met. He even stayed past the store closing time to make I was taking care of. I really appreciate how he went the extra mile for me. I would give more stars if possible. I would definitely return if needed and refer my family and friends to this AT&T location.

Nick was the absolute best! Made us feel welcome and reaffirmed my faith in AT&T! He spent a bunch of time with us finding the right plan and right phones for us! He helped me pack up my damaged phone, setup a new phone, get my girlfriend a new phone, and was so polite and enthusiastic the whole time. Little did we know it was even his birthday and we stayed right up until close and never rushed us or got annoyed with how long we took for everything! Thank you for everything Nick!
