6 Best cell phone store in Saginaw, Michigan (MI) 2024

This is the most awesome T-Mobile store around! Kelley and her staff are fantastic and highly educated on all T-Mobile has to offer. They were able to reduce my bill and get me 2 new phones and a tracker for my kiddo! Thank you for everything! 10/10 highly recommended!!! ~Brookes

Son broke phone, the replacement phone wasn't in stock. We bought at Best Buy but AT&T staff were so helpful even though we bought nothing. Great service! ~Michael

When I originally started with AT&T back in May of 2021, I loved this store. Darius and Chris were super helpful, funny, and said hello within a few feet of the door. However, when I went in last week to turn in my phone, they were extremely rude. Brushed my situation off to the wind, monotone voice and all. Chris simply glanced up at me and then went back to the computer. Darius said hello, but I definitely felt that my presence was a waste of their time. While I am grateful they informed me I couldn't turn in my phone at that store because I truly had no idea, they could have been kinder. ~Sydney

Store has new hours Monday through Friday 10-7 an Saturday and Sunday 10-5 Guys are very nice an have no problem helping anyone thank you ~Joe

Jordan (and Aaron!) were SO helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! I went in thinking my upgrade would be pretty simple, but I had so much data on my old phone that it took us past closing time. I felt so bad, but Jordan was super-cool and chill about it and put things at ease! We all had such wonderful conversation; it was like chilling out with my buds!
