Jordan was awesome! He helped me through the entire process of getting my new phone and activating, moving all my stuff over even when it crashed and he was a trooper cuz I am not very good with technical stuff like that. Dude deserves a bonus and a promotion probably. He was very funny too, overall was a very pleasurable experience.

Jordan (and Aaron!) were SO helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! I went in thinking my upgrade would be pretty simple, but I had so much data on my old phone that it took us past closing time. I felt so bad, but Jordan was super-cool and chill about it and put things at ease! We all had such wonderful conversation; it was like chilling out with my buds! Patrick was amazing. He was patient and kind. I walked in there with 3 phones to switch over to Verizon from boost and tracfone. If anyone has tried this especially with tracfone its a nightmare. If I was Patrick I would of said sorry can't help you but he didn't. He spent hours of his day helping me get everything straightened out. He's also in the military. So thank you for helping me and thank you for your service to our country sir. 🇺🇸
