Francois, the pharmacist here, is excellent. In general the pharmacy is so fast, knowledgeable, attentive, and affordable that I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come here. Today I was picking up drops for an ear infection and Francois went out of his way to both describe their use and help me with my insurance. Do not go anywhere else.

The Walmart Pharmacy in Saugus is outstanding when it comes to having great Pharmacists (Nick and Francois), they also have great staff and are absolutely tops with Customer Service. Highly knowledgeable and very kind people. Every time I have gone there they are always the Best!!

This pharmacy is THE BEST pharmacy (or customer service experience in general) I have ever had! Karen, Steven, Kevin, Kelly, Joe, and Beth are always SO nice (even when they are super busy), and they know name without me even telling them. I am always greeted with a smile. I am moving and won't be able to come here anymore and I am so sad to be leaving. I will miss them so much. I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy and the GREAT staff they have there. :-)

Steve handled the temporary transfer of my prescription from Pennyslvania, which gave me the medications I needed while traveling. He handled the task efficiently and empathetically, showing a genuine concern for the family emergency that brought me to Massachusetts. He is a true professional and a genuinely good guy..
