I made an appointment to upgrade my phone and although unfortunately I could not complete my process there I was helped out by an amazing employee named Edgar. He kept conversation and assured me that he would exhaust all options which he did so he could help me. Convenient location it was smaller than I expected. One very pleasant clerk, another less than impressive. I usually find everybody at Trader Joe's to be so helpful and pleasant. All in all, a quick but good stop. ~Lindsay

Francois, the pharmacist here, is excellent. In general the pharmacy is so fast, knowledgeable, attentive, and affordable that I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come here. Today I was picking up drops for an ear infection and Francois went out of his way to both describe their use and help me with my insurance. Do not go anywhere else. ~Ainsley

Went to Monument for an oil change, got my car back and week later I notice oil on the ground and come to find out my filter was never tightened on the car and could of fallen off. Tried to give them another shot I called during the day to ask if I come down and drop my car off in the next half hour could they do an oil change, they told me yes come down and they will get it done by end of day when the lift is available. I was fine with that but when I got down there after leaving work early Rick gets angry that I'm trying to drop my car off and tells me they can't take my car they are to busy only take drop offs in the morning I said I just spoke to someone who said yes come down and drop it off. He said no they are too busy, there were no cars on the side of building and only one car in the bay. I Do Not Recommend monument for any work done to your car Service: Oil change ~Steve

I brought my car to Final Finish and loved the experience. My car was side swiped and Final Finish worked well with my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) in order to get me an expedited result. If you want great service for a cheap price this is the place! I did that self service car wash and used the brush which scratched my whole truck. Super Kleen got rid of every scratch and did an amazing job! Also i had run over a tube of silicone on the road and it was all over the passenger side of my truck. Nothing would take this silicone or whatever it was off my truck. Eric beasted and got it off without a scratch. The paint is so smooth and glossy it looks better than when i got it brand new! I’ve always loved this car wash, and the touchless is the best around, unlike basically every other car wash in the area it actually cleans your car while not scratching it. The soft touch is my favorite because it’s still light on your vehicle to avoid damages and it gets my truck extra clean after visiting many construction sites and storms. Price is great and the attendants are cool people too. Seriously go here and nowhere else you won’t be disappointed! ~Spencer

We rented a truck today after 2 hours the truck broke down we called customer service 5 times and every time they said they would send someone to help, our employees waited more than 4 hours on the road without eating, drinking water because no one solved anything, just solve the situation cause leave truck over there and we payed for uber. This is extremely inhumane U-Haul they respect their customers more. ~Admvp
