Best auto repair shop in Saugus, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Went to Monument for an oil change, got my car back and week later I notice oil on the ground and come to find out my filter was never tightened on the car and could of fallen off. Tried to give them another shot I called during the day to ask if I come down and drop my car off in the next half hour could they do an oil change, they told me yes come down and they will get it done by end of day when the lift is available. I was fine with that but when I got down there after leaving work early Rick gets angry that I'm trying to drop my car off and tells me they can't take my car they are to busy only take drop offs in the morning I said I just spoke to someone who said yes come down and drop it off. He said no they are too busy, there were no cars on the side of building and only one car in the bay. I Do Not Recommend monument for any work done to your car Service: Oil change ~Steve
