We rented a truck today after 2 hours the truck broke down we called customer service 5 times and every time they said they would send someone to help, our employees waited more than 4 hours on the road without eating, drinking water because no one solved anything, just solve the situation cause leave truck over there and we payed for uber. This is extremely inhumane U-Haul they respect their customers more.

I rented a trailer last week for 24 hours. When I picked it up, it was dark and the lighting wasn't great in the lot so I couldn't see how dirty it was until the following morning. There were rocks, trash, and even broken glass all throughout the trailer. I still used it and returned it within 24 hours, however it didn't get checked in for 2 days later and uhaul charged me for 3 days instead of 1. Avoid this location if possible.

Unfriendly/unhelpful staff, corporate and store are not on the same page. They give you untruthful information and make things very complicated.

Rude personnel!! Went to get propane waited outside as told and no one came went in and one person without a customer totally ignored me and the other told me to wait outside. I went to get it at the car wash in Peabody southbound. Friendlier group there.

Be ready to meet a classic bit of Boston here. The administration has a great sense of humor and delivered quality service and clean trucks. I had a good experience here, and would rent again.

This Uhaul is okay. I live in the area and have gone there several times out of convienance. I don't think I will go there anymore. The past few times I've been there I could not find parking because all the uhaul trucks they are selling swamped the parking lot and your basically just parking in the middle of the driveway. They are also understaffed so your guarannteed to wait, when you would think a place on broadway would be very busy. Speaking of busy it's really a good thing they are slower because the help or employees are pretty much substandard, kind of dopey and slow. Also watch out for extra fees without you knowing about it.
