Very helpful and friendly staff. Shane is awesome. My mom went twice for help with her new phones and he was more than patient with her and my step-dad while working on them. Very knowledgeable and willing to give suggestions. I'm just on vacation from NYs and I felt completely at home. Thanks.

An employee (who I won't name) hung up on me when I called about my brand new phone that stopped working after a couple of weeks. Then she would not answer when I called back 5 more times to make sure my name was in the cue (since I had to call from another phone). I then drove 25 minutes to the store. Asked to speak to a specific manager who assisted me with the purchase of my iPhone. I spoke to the receptionist, told her what had happened, and she went over to the associate who hung up on me and the manager, and the three of them all had a little giggle about the incident. Apparently they thought it was funny. The manager finished with her customer, was sure not to make eye contact and refused to come speak with me. So no, I will not be calling the manager of your Joplin store. I will contact AT&T corporate office directly.

The worst corporate store to deal with.They are only interested in selling thing to make commissions. Place an online order for pickup and it will be canceled, even though the system show it's still in stock. Ask question about service and they want to change your plan to something you don't need or want. You are better off going to another store. edit: sorry Owner but I will not be doing business this store anymore. I get better service from 2 other store outside of Joplin.

Impeccable service received here. Well maintained store. Always loving it when I'm helped with knowledgeable staff. There's a kiosk in the store where you can make payments on prepaid and post paid accounts.

I shouldn't have had to visit the local store because an AT&T rep called me and upsold a plan that she lied about. I asked several times that my hotspot would not be affected. She lied to me every time. After this I couldn't access my account and was told to visit my local store. I am totally irritated with AT&T. I have found out I was overcharged for years now and now they lie and deceive me for their own gain. AT&T you have no conscience or care for your customer...only the dollars that you can extract from them. How do you sleep?

Brandon was very helpful. He helped do an upgrade on my daughter's phone with no problems. He was very kind, polite & patient. We were very satisfied with the service he provided. We are hoping in the future for other upgrades he will be there to help us! Yes we waited about 40 minutes to be seen, but they were really busy that day & once he came to help it was like a breeze. Thank you Brandon!
