Need to discuss my phone plan with them. When I signed up with them they said my unlimited FAST DATA had NO CAP. That was 3 phones and close to 4 years ago. Other than occasional tower connection problems they stuck to the plan. Now suddenly they decided to put a cap on my unlimited fast Data. Have tried to contact them all day and they refused to answer the phone even though they are listed as open. Even sent them a text that was listed as received but they never responded. Now my phone is so slow I can't connect with several apps. What are they even getting payed for?

I went into the store with a phone that wouldn't stay powered on and Luis Hernandez helped me and was extremely kind. He listened to our needs and was amazing at getting us a great deal and we left very happy customers. I highly recommend Luis - go see him! I've been with this company since 2015! I've never had a problem that wasn't handled the best possible way! Luis is running the store now and he's a fantastic employee. He's honest, understanding and very patient. He definitely tries to help in any way he can. He's also very educated and knows what he's doing. I also want to say I understand there have been some experiences that did not work out the way a customer would've liked. I too had that experience. But I hope everyone can remember, we've all been through a lot these last couple years. Phones became the only was for some of us to communicate. Try to remember the work industry is suffering... from my experience. Everyone is short handed. Boost is no different. BUTTTTTTT now the company has an amazing employee running their store. So go see him!! Let him get you set up with whats the BEST options for you!!! I know you won't be disappointed. I hope Boost Mobile knows they have a winner on their team!!!!

The employees spend more time on their own phones than helping and customers. They do not answer the phone no matter how long it rings.

First, had to wait for the one and only employee to get back from the bank. This was sitting in the parking lot for about 15 to 20 minutes. My friend lost his sim card for a replacement phone and would have been charged $35 for a replacement. My friend has ADHD and this threw him off and gets slow when confused. A customer waiting in the store was very rude to him saying "well if you're done I'd like to do some business with this man." It took me everything to hold myself back from removing this guy's larynx manually. (Not worth going to jail over) Afterwards, we called Boost and they will send my friend a sim card for free. 1-3 business days so he has to wait is the only catch. He will be switching carriers when his last prepaid purchase ends.

Lets start by saying I went in to get a new phone Sommer who was in the store was not helpful so we left. I went to another Boost which is no longer open so i decided to give this store another chance. I walk in and show Sommer the phone I wanted after about 20 minutes of being in the store I look at her and she replies sorry I dont know how to do a upgrade so I texted my manager to find out. Another 10 minutes goes by and I say has ur manager texted u back yet she replies no. So I said forget it. Why in the world she didnt call another store to help her I dont understand. Also if u dont know how to do the job then find a new one
