DO NOT USE VERIZON IN NORTH ALABAMA! Horrible service coverage. Towers go down almost weekly, losing service for all Verizon users within the area. I live in a “5G” area, and the tower literally goes down all the time. I work from home, and my internet is from Verizon since I live farther out. So, every time a tower goes down, I can’t do my job. NOBODY with AT&T has these issues here. Not to mention, their customer service is incredibly useless, rude, slow, and incompetent. I won’t even try to get started on that. If I wasn’t trapped in a phone payment plan, I’d bail for AT&T in a heartbeat.

Abs horrible. Verizon as a whole is a joke and this store is just reinforcement to that. They don’t have a clue about what they are doing all the way up the ladder and their leading competition is roughly 60 to 70% cheaper

Not my favorite place to hang out. Seems like If I have to go I am there an hour or more. They are friendly but they will try to up sale you. It's pretty typical. They are knowledgeable of thier products.

3 hours and 3 people on the phone and pitiful results! And that was just to be told to go to local store! This is just a bad as T Mobile is supposed to be! Just trying to get on 55+ plan . If personal service is this pitiful why pay more?
